Nice hotel, friendly and knowledgeable reception staff. Clean and spacious rooms, parking is close, private and large. The only negative note is breakfast a little limited choice, now we are used to more choices, brioches, eggs ... The hotel is on the lake and is close to the center, 15 minutes walk.

Located on the shores of the lake, with a spectacular view right in front, a large garden with parking, well-kept rooms, exceptional quiet breakfast, I will definitely be back.

We had a great time. Stunning location on the lake shore, great courtesy of all the staff, clean room and bathroom and good breakfast too. We also had dinner in the restaurant and we were satisfied with the dinner too. The garden with swimming pool is a true corner of beauty and tranquility. Thanks also to the gardener for his exquisite kindness.

He spent 6 nights between 25 April and 2 May 2025. Extremely welcoming hotel, located in a privileged and very quiet position on the lakeside of Bolsena. Large, bright, secluded room, with a spacious terrace and small private grass garden. Immersed in the greenery of the hotel's magnificent flower park. Access via an elegant driveway that runs alongside a splendid outdoor swimming pool. Professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of Mrs Bianca who hosted us with great empathy. Everything OK.
