Ristorante del Setteventi Agriturismo In Pofi

I had the pleasure of dining in a restaurant that, from a location point of view, really deserves praise. Immersed in a large green space, with well-kept gardens and an atmosphere that invites relaxation, the place is perfect for those looking for an escape from the daily frenzy. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the food, at least for the moment, because I reserve the right to give it another chance. Although expectations were high, given the quality of the location and the care of the service, the dinner did not fully meet my expectations. If the location is certainly a strong point that encourages me to return, my final rating on the food is 7 out of 10. The mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses, cold salads, hot soups and various delicacies (20.00 euros) is a classic of the Italian table, therefore simple and good, the venison fillet in sauce (not on the menu, the price of which I don't remember), well combined with the accompanying sauce, was tender and delicate, while the cheek of beef semi-glazed with cinnamon (20.00 euros), recommended by a waitress as particularly soft meat that melts in the mouth, it was anything but butter, in fact I found it really difficult to chew, fibrous and too firm (perhaps due to a cooking problem). Instead, the chef's Cappuccino, as a treat at the end of the meal for 7.00 euros, was a pleasant alternative to coffee. Could I have the second course of meat brought back? Reasonably yes, it would have been correct, but I didn't feel like spoiling the evening.

A lunch at the luxury farmhouse was an extraordinary experience, which exceeded all expectations. The refined cuisine is the flagship of this place: each dish tells a story of authentic flavours, made with the highest quality ingredients, many of which are zero kilometre. The presentations were impeccable and the perfectly balanced flavors made for a beautiful gastronomic experience. The staff were equally exceptional: professional, attentive and discreet. Always ready to satisfy every need, they made the atmosphere even more pleasant and relaxed, while maintaining an impeccable standard of service. The environment is cared for down to the smallest detail, elegant but welcoming, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. It is the perfect place to enjoy a break of pure pleasure, away from the daily frenzy. I highly recommend this farmhouse to anyone looking for a high-level culinary experience immersed in a unique and refined context. I will definitely be back!

Location : 10 e lode ! Bellissimo spazio interno ed esterno ! Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli … Antipasto km 0 : voto 11 ! Nonostante giriamo molto questo è uno dei migliori mai mangiati! Tutti salumi eccezionali e formaggi preziosi ! Primi : buonissimo il torciarello all’aglio nero, meno apprezzato il nodino porcino e pancetta croccante (si sentiva poco il porcino ) . Avrei gradito trovare a menu anche qualche primo un po’ più semplice… Ottimi e molto particolari i dolci ! Personale molto gentile e disponibile, lo chef ha saputo accontentarci con pazienza! Torneremo molto volentieri, complimenti per tutto !

I have been frequenting the Setteventi farmhouse for some time and every time I am impressed by the quality and attention to detail. The location is simply fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding valleys, from which you can also admire the historic center of Pofi, giving a unique atmosphere. The food is spectacular: the menus change often, always offering new, creative and delicious proposals, capable of surprising even the most demanding palates. The staff is courteous, kind and very knowledgeable, making every visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend Setteventi to anyone looking for an authentic and quality experience.

We chose this farmhouse for Sunday family lunch. We ordered a km0 appetizer with house-made cured meats and cheeses and followed by a first course each. Each dish was served with extreme courtesy and kindness by the staff and the dishes combine the authentic and genuine flavor of the "homemade" raw materials with non-trivial combinations that wink a bit at gourmet cuisine. A special note of merit to the pici, a cut above the others!!!

Abbiamo scelto questo Delizioso Agriturismo per un pranzo in famiglia (nozze d' oro). Location accogliente e molto curata. "La mano dello chef" si nota in ogni portata e il menu scelto si è rivelato una scoperta di sapori. Antipasti davvero abbondanti e con prodotti di alta qualità, primi buonissimi curati e davvero deliziosi(si nota la passione dello chef e dei proprietari a promuovere queste delizie) idem il secondo un filetto ottimo.Che dire un luogo dove tornare.Un luogo dove è facile far bella figura con vs Famiglia o amici o coppia.
