We just had our last meal in Italy, filling up on sunshine, smiles (thanks to the waitress), blue sea and expertly cooked pasta.

Only 5 stars??? Absolutely not! Stunning view, Elegant location, Excellent and refined food... Perfect service thanks to Erika... What else?! ...see you next time, without a doubt .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We went to dinner with my husband at Maria restaurant in Brindisi and it was an excellent experience. My husband chose pasta with fish, while the chef, with great kindness, made me a mussel soup that wasn't even on the menu. A really nice and much appreciated gesture. We accompanied our meal with a prosecco, and the absolutely charming and professional waitress offered us a small homemade pre-dessert made with lemon, mint and almonds: a real delight. The setting is magnificent, the boss is very attentive and kind, and the wine cellar looks remarkable, even if we only tasted the prosecco. As a wine lover, I can say that the menu inspires confidence. A big thumbs up to the service: discreet, attentive, warm and professional. Special mention to the young lady who served us with great grace and kindness.
