Parking is available under centuries-old olive trees, with valet parking, and then a small bridge crosses a stream to reach the beach. The Marinella lido is very well-equipped, also perfect for lunch. A lovely spot from which to visit Buondormire beach by pedal boat.

Beautiful beach with the option of a boat trip to Cape Palinuro and the Blue Grotto. We, three people + one child, paid €70, including the boat trip and umbrella. If you'd like to have lunch, there's also a nice restaurant on the beach. I highly recommend it!

17/11/2025: Great place, we ordered pizza 🍕 and honestly it was excellent and light. Very fast service. Welcoming atmosphere, a little cramped at the tables for nine people. Pleasant evening and very welcoming service. Quality staff. I recommend booking otherwise the waits are quite long. Excellent wine too 🍷. This experience should be repeated.
16/11/2025: We went to Pizzeria Prisco in Cava last night and really enjoyed it. I was with my boyfriend and a friend, and despite the busy Saturday night, the service was incredibly fast and well-organized. We had three pizzas: two Peppe o' Criminale with porchetta d'Ariccia and potatoes, and a Margherita. The dough was light, well-cooked, and the ingredients were truly flavorful: the porchetta was tender and flavorful, and the potatoes complemented it perfectly. The Margherita, simple but always decisive, was also well-made. A place where you eat well and are happy to return, especially when you're looking for a tasty pizza and fast service even on the busiest evenings. Highly recommended!

01/08/2025: A Hidden Gem Worth the Journey If you're looking for truly authentic Italian food, do yourself a favor and make the trip to Osteria La Piazzetta. Tucked away off the beaten path, it’s absolutely worth the detour. We originally visited because my grandmother was born in Valle Dell’Angelo, but we’ll return again and again because of the people who welcomed us like family. It was my husband's first time in Italy, and he said this was the best food of our entire trip. Everything was local, fresh, and made with such care. Carmela is a genius in the kitchen — she crafts each course based on what’s in season and available that day. The result is a meal that’s both intimate and unforgettable. This isn’t just a restaurant — it’s an experience. Please make the trip!
