For years, Ristorante del Bagno Rocchi, run with passion by the legendary Signora Franca, has been a must-visit for those who love good food—real food, made with love. In the kitchen, Nunzia reigns supreme, an exceptional chef capable of transforming every dish into a masterpiece. Today I had the pleasure of tasting seafood strozzapreti with clam, mussel, and scampi sauce: a symphony of flavors reminiscent of the sea, enhanced by an unforgettable aroma of fresh tomatoes. The cold mixed seafood appetizer? A perfect balance of flavor and freshness. Every bite is a hug. In the dining room, the sweet Nicoletta, always smiling and available, welcomes guests with rare kindness. And then there's Franca, who, in addition to managing everything with passion, lends a hand in the kitchen with her spontaneity and typical Romagna generosity, making the atmosphere warm and familiar. Here you eat well, but above all you breathe love: the love that comes from the kitchen and reaches straight to the hearts of those who sit at the table. Excellent bathroom, helpful staff, and above all, an excellent restaurant! From the bar, from breakfast to aperitifs, lunch, and dinner, everything is always available. Excellent pastries, from the exceptional bomboloni to the delicious pizzas and rustica! Not to mention the restaurant, truly excellent! Recommended.
