Very nice and welcoming place. Friendly staff. Lunch lived up to expectations with a delicious barbecue. Excellent quality/price ratio

Simple environment that makes you feel good while enjoying their dishes accompanied by a good glass of wine. A reference for those who love grilled meat, cured meats, not to mention superlative first courses. Without haste.

Ristorante eccellente a partire dal personale preparato cordiale e accogliente, dal locale molto grande e pulito ma la vera chicca è il cibo di vera tradizione, preparato con amore e con prodotti di eccellente qualità dagli antipasti al dolce tutto è perfetto anche per i prezzi onesti ......vai via solo con la voglia e il piacere di ritornare questa per me è stata la seconda volta che ho avuto il piacere di mangiare ai Fieschi.

When giving a judgment or writing a review you must also look at the context. I had lunch here twice and both times I had a great time. The genuine food, the good wine, the rustic environment as needed. Logical, we can improve, we always can. 5 stars also for the courtesy.

Alla fine di agosto ho fatto una breve vacanza a Santo Stefano d’Aveto e ho conosciuto il ristorante Dei Fieschi dove, oltre all’ottimo cibo e rapporto qualità prezzo, c’è un valore aggiunto dato dalla cortesia e professionalità del personale! A mio avviso è una tappa obbligata per chi passa da quelle parti!

24/12/2024: Excellent discovery. Although we were looking for a typical Genoese restaurant, by chance we came across Cucina Valeria. I have to say everything is super! From A to Z. The bold combination of cheese and pepper with raw prawns left me speechless. The owner, creator of the recipes, showed kindness, friendliness and competence. An excellent experience to be recommended and, if possible, to be repeated. Get advice if you are undecided. Classic cuisine but with that touch of "madness without exaggerating" which makes it very interesting and pleasant. 5 well deserved stars!

23/11/2024: Cena tra amici pre Natale! Piacevolmente scopro che esistono ancora ristoranti capaci di garantire un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il cibo è genuino, sà di casa. Le porzioni abbondanti… E che buoni i ravioli!!! Adeguata scelta dei vini. Consigliatissimo per cene tra amici ed in famiglia.
