A typical restaurant in the center of Santo Stefano Aveto, a very spacious space that can accommodate groups for both lunch and dinner. I went for dinner on the Saturday evening before Sunday, October 26th, the transhumance festival. The staff is extremely friendly, and all the dishes are excellent, with a specialty in the grilled meats. The kitchen is spotless and has an open view! The atmosphere is very familiar and welcoming, and it's lovely to watch the wood-fired embers blaze while dining; the polenta is made in front of you in a large copper pot, according to ancient tradition. I was truly delighted with everything, even the desserts are exquisite—the cakes are delicious and fresh. We had the chestnut cake with cream, a true delight! Kudos to all the staff! I hope to return!

This iconic local restaurant boasts a stunning, almost fairytale-like interior, complete with an indoor grill for cooking delicious meat, the restaurant's signature dish. In summer, the grill heats up the surrounding area, but in winter, it warms the entire place. The view of the mountains and valley is stunning. We had to wait a bit for our food, but the meat made up for it. Recommended!

I've been frequenting this restaurant for several years, and I returned for lunch with my wife. The dishes are always excellent, with a fantastic grilled Florentine steak.

Ristorante dei Fieschi is one of those places that combines a family atmosphere with authentic dishes: generous portions, local ingredients, and authentic flavors. I had the mixed grill: tender, well-cooked, and flavorful meat. The house appetizers and desserts are also worth it. Friendly service, a clean atmosphere, and fair prices. Perfect after a hike or for a relaxed lunch in the mountains. Four stars only because service can be a bit slow on busy days, but the experience is highly recommended!

Always very good, I'm giving one star less than the maximum only because, after thirty years of coming here (always willingly, however), the menu hasn't changed a bit!

A cute bar with both indoor and outdoor seating. The interior has beautiful windows overlooking the valley. I visited on a Sunday at noon, and it was quite crowded, but we didn't have a long wait. The bar offers customizable sandwiches with a variety of ingredients.
