Honestly, I expected more. The menu offers a good sense of tradition, but both my Maremma tortelloni and, especially, my father's roast wild boar were just okay. The location was lovely, and the staff were friendly. The price was average, but a little more than I expected. The house red was very good.

The menu is for us poor workers, and it's a nice menu with very interesting dishes, suitable for lunch and dinner. The service is simple but prompt, the morale is high, and the girls really pamper you. I arrived at the last minute and they gave me a nice prosecco that immediately put me at ease. If you want a bill, they'll give it to you without fuss. So, if you're in the area, trust them and go eat there!

A strange place, but it did its job (it would be a 3.5, but we'll give it a 4 out of encouragement). We ate quite well, drank well, and didn't spend too much, so... One very negative point: leftover bread isn't put back in the cupboard (or at least it's not shown to us...).

Trattoria Dalle Bimbe was an absolutely top-notch culinary experience! The appetizer of zonzelle with Tuscan prosciutto and stracciatella was delicious. The Maremma tortelloni with ragù and ricotta filling were masterful. And the wild boar stew? Top! A true delight. Kudos to the cuisine and service; I've already recommended this place to locals... and beyond.
