Good restaurant with an assorted menu, decidedly good starters and typical local dishes, good cuisine minus the pizza, good service, good location with a delightful room, comfortable garden

Excellent food, friendly staff... We ate appetizers and then the crusted cavatelli... Spectacular!!! Chef Vito is unrivaled... Highly recommended!

We arrived at 8pm, which is about an hour earlier than most Italians like dinner. The restaurant was empty. By 9pm, the place was overflowing with “locals” of all ages. Service was prompt and professional. The owner gave us some family history of Daburghi and the rest of the evening can simply be described as WOW. The Chef’s antipasto was our favorite menu item. I quit counting the number of plates after 6 and on each, there were many varieties of local meats, cheeses, olives, vegetables, clams, tuna, squid…you get the picture. All dishes were Mediterranean influenced and the presentations were first class. A great dining experience in Puglia!

Update: this evening I had the panzerotti...excellent like everything. Cozy place with exceptional cuisine. Order the paccheri with seafood in crust, simply sublime.... even the house wine is excellent.

We feel at home at the Daburghi restaurant that we have known for years. The food is excellent and the welcome is fantastic: the guys are all very friendly, Mattia is super! We always come back with pleasure. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a good pizzeria or a good restaurant this is the right place, you can eat well whatever you choose from the menu. I recommend you try the Arabic bread, it's too good.
