My girlfriend and I went there. The staff was fantastic, and the food was even better. I highly recommend the fillet steak with cannonau sauce, it was amazing!

We went there spontaneously and got a nice table outside. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were served personally by the chef; Italian and German are the best words you can get by there. The dishes were very good and completely reasonable in price; we felt very comfortable.

Beautiful location, very kind and professional staff, and the sauce. Silvio was very helpful and kind. The dishes were good quality. My only suggestion is to make the wife at the cashier smile. Too cold. Otherwise, everything was fine.

A lovely spot in San Teodoro, an elegant dining room with a lovely fireplace, and incredibly fresh fish. The fregole pasta with shrimp and clams is superb, the grilled fish is good, and the seafood appetizer is decent.

Hotel Aldiola Country Resort

06/09/2025: Overall, this hotel is a lovely, peaceful place to unwind. The rooms consist of semi-detached "cottages" built into the hillside. Access is via a stepped path, making them immediately inaccessible for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. Breakfast is included, while lunch and dinner can be enjoyed à la carte or from a set menu, which is provided in writing at breakfast. A few caveats: one, as I mentioned earlier, is that the rooms (cottages) are generally quite noisy. Thirdly, the menu offered (via the breakfast menu) doesn't always meet expectations. For example, the salad is like antipasto, with chopped cabbage lacking in flavor. The same cabbage is used as a garnish/vegetable with a veal schnitzel. The price-quality/quantity ratio is not balanced, placing this hotel in the higher price range. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return, but perhaps for one or two nights.
18/08/2025: A resort hotel in a charming location, nestled among the mountains, overlooking the lake. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of being located on the mountainside. The pool is beautiful and sunny. The staff is 10/10. Breakfast is top-notch, although if you want something more specific or cooked, you have to pay extra. Dinner is quality in a peaceful atmosphere.

09/08/2025: Excellent place to spend a quiet evening! LOCATION: Located on one of the main streets, it's a beautiful, clean, and welcoming place. FOOD: Excellent quality dishes, fresh fish...we highly recommend the raw fish and the meat and shrimp ravioli...AWESOME! Overall, everything was very good, far superior to other sushi restaurants in the area. SERVICE: The staff were very friendly and attentive to our requests (e.g., extra sauces, etc.)...they greeted us very kindly even though we were late due to parking (the only drawback is that parking is hard to find in Olbia's city center during the summer). BILL: Excellent value, five of us spent €190 with an all-you-can-eat menu, various drinks including water and beer, and five desserts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! WELL DONE!!! We'll definitely be back!
