We went to this restaurant because of google recommendations and we didn't regret it. The food, service and atmosphere were more than excellent. The owner was approachable and ready to help. Communicative, but unobtrusive. He praised our daughter's choice of dishes several times and it meant a lot to her🤩 Even though we don't speak the same language, they tried to communicate and make our stay there enjoyable! The food is perfect, both in presentation and in flavors. A must visit!!!

We have been coming to Italy with great pleasure for almost 30 years. Now after 3 weeks in Salento we have again had many beautiful and tasty (fish) dishes.... but this was really such a restaurant that is unforgettable in the list. The Aragosta alla Catalana at this great proud Sardinian host is a real topper! Delicious lobster prepared in Sardinian style. Delicious. Service is extremely correct and friendly. Host a 10+, exactly how you want to be treated as a guest! In addition to the lobster we had a great starter, beautiful Sardinian Vermentino and as a gift a Torrone from the house with liqueur. You have to eat here!

Hotel Ristorante Alba Chiara Sant'Andrea

02/09/2025: We stayed at this hotel on vacation and were impressed by its kindness, courtesy, and cleanliness. The staff were friendly, helpful, and almost limitless. The room was spacious and clean; everything seemed new and well-maintained, with a small balcony with a drying rack, table, and chairs. We also ate at the hotel and enjoyed the quality products. The breakfast was quite comprehensive and unlimited. Quiet parking is available in front of the hotel, reserved of course. I recommend both the hotel and the location.
31/08/2025: We spent 10 days at the Hotel Alba Chiara in the Panorama Suite (with a stunning terrace). This 3-star hotel is better and cleaner than most of the 4-star hotels we've stayed in in Italy, and we've been coming to Italy for a long time because we love it. Cristina and her family and team make this hotel special. We highly recommend it! The breakfast and food are excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring the area by SUP! We kept finding coves where we were completely alone. A dream for snorkeling! Storing our SUPs was also no problem. We'll definitely be back sometime. Thanks to Cristina, her family, and the team! It was fantastic!

29/07/2025: French people on family vacation in Puglia: food-wise, we recommend this place for those on a budget who want to enjoy a family meal at the restaurant. There's plenty of seating at the back, so don't rely on the terrace in front. We appreciated Edouarda's service, who was able to understand us and kept a contagious smile throughout the service. Bravo for this welcome :-)
