Excellent welcome, friendly and pleasant staff but inadequate service. The waiter seemed a little anxious to me. Dishes left on the table. The second course arrived and the plates were still on the table. Instead of lemon sorbet they served us fiordilatte. I don't judge the costs because I was a guest.

Although I would take more care of the structure in general even with renewed colors ... the welcome makes up for it! Great willingness to please the guest. Food can certainly improve.

11/07/2025: Honestly, the food was amazing. The best salad with a super authentic flavor, and the pasta was cooked to perfection with a fantastic sauce. The problem comes when you're a guiri (tourist, for those who translate): the treatment is distant, and they take a long time to serve you. We were made to get up from the table where we were initially seated because it was reserved, but they sat there themselves. Then the waiter was a bit rude, but then he tried to correct it with some conversation. Honestly, I would go back, but once I can speak Italian and go unnoticed as a tourist.
20/06/2025: Did we get scammed? We went there for our first lunch in rome. The food was good but thats about it. It's an expensive place and we ended up paying 8 eur extra but only noticed when we were already out, seems like we got scammed. The potions were also small, can't really justify paying 50 eur for two small basic pasta dishes...

24/03/2025: …a casa mia si mangia meglio. Location molto accogliente situata in un bellissimo scorcio di Ostia Antica, servizio veramente caldo e rapido, con personale gentilissimo che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. La qualità del cibo però non è stata altrettanto buona: tutto piuttosto semplice e ‘piatto’, niente di ‘cattivo’ senza nulla che meriti di essere riassaggiato. Peccato perché le molteplici recensioni positive avevano creato un’aspettativa abbastanza alta.
19/01/2025: È la seconda volta che veniamo in questo ristorante e confermo l'esperienza positiva sia per quanto riguarda la cortesia del personale che il cibo. Molto buona la carbonara e anche il carciofo alla romana. Consiglio anche il vino rosso della casa. Meglio prenotare!
