The food is excellent and the dishes are truly typical Roman dishes. The service is good, with the waiters being very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is rustic, like a Roman trattoria, and the prices are a bit high.

At Pelliccione... a guarantee Roman cuisine is a true delight Not to mention the desserts, a treat for the palate.

The Infiorata del Pane lunch was exceptional, to say the least. A truly delicious selection of cured meats and cheeses, served with traditional Roman antipasti. The homemade, hand-cut pappardelle with spicy wild boar ragù was truly exquisite, as were the berry cheesecake and the excellent tiramisu. A wide selection of wines, and Chef Massimo is a host who knows how to best advise. Prices are absolutely average. I'll be back soon.

100% Made in Castelli. A restaurant that works hard, from the kitchen to the staff, to uphold the reputation of an area renowned for its (divine) gastronomic heritage. An excellent debut; it had been on our radar for some time, and expectations were fully met. I'm eagerly awaiting the double, this time with a carb-based twist. Come on!

Four of us went for dinner, me a vegan. They have a separate vegan menu with a wide variety of options, from appetizers to dessert. Everything was delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

Poche chiacchiere, siamo stati qui diverse volte e a distanza di anni, in coppia, in famiglia e con amici sempre una garanzia. Le pappardelle al cinghiale migliori che abbia mai mangiato(e ne ho mangiate!). Tutto al top dall'antipasto al dolce. Prezzi onesti. Ci vediamo presto!

Una vera locanda dei Castelli Romani a Genzano di Roma. Il locale è una tipica osteria moderna. Ha posti interni, esterni, ed una meravigliosa grotta per eventi privati. L’Osteria è a conduzione familiare e ci si sente coccolati in tutto e per tutto. I proprietari sono davvero simpatici e ti mettono di buon umore. Si nota la passione dello patron/chef Massimo, che cucina con passione, autenticità e rispetto per le ricette antiche del nonno, anche se è sempre alla ricerca di prodotti di ottima qualità, che rendono locale interessante cucina romana nella sua essenza. Tutto fatto in casa, dai primi fatti in casa ai secondi di carne e ai dolci tradizionali. Il menù è possibile averlo in versione senza glutine. Ottimi la carbonara, la coda alla vaccinara, i carciofi alla giudea. Ottima la crema catalana e la zuppa inglese. Ho gustato la migliore Panna cotta, realizzata con vera panna. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
