Nice place with excellent typical Molise cuisine, very kind staff... very good and very nice chef!!!

The food is excellent, and the owners are professional and helpful. The restaurant next door tries to gain customers by tarnishing the quality of their food, but it's just disrespectful.

After an intense day as a tourist in the villages of Molise, on the way back we stopped in the restaurant. Nice place, pleasant welcome and good food. If I'm in the area I will happily return. Fabulous cutting board

We were there last night. Delicious dishes, good quality/price ratio. We met the legendary neighbor but in the end who cares... Place to try and if I have the chance I will return with great pleasure

The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is tasty (perhaps the portions are a bit small and the prices are a bit above average for the area), but the problem is that there's some conflict with the restaurant next door (an almost common occurrence, from what I've read in other reviews), and so we found ourselves embroiled in a neighborly altercation, complete with insults and cross-recording of cell phones to file a complaint. Well, those who stop for lunch probably don't want to end up on a cell phone video that will be used and shown who knows when and who knows how long. Truly, very unpleasant.

A typical Molise trattoria, family-run, clearly visible from the road leading from Naples to Roccaraso. We were greeted by the warm Anna, wife of owner Nicola and the restaurant's chef. The first courses were excellent. I personally ordered the ravioli with ricotta and grated truffle: sublime, an explosion of flavors, thanks in part to the renowned black truffle. My brother-in-law ordered the tagliatelle with white hare sauce, equally excellent. The sausages were also delicious, but the dish I enjoyed most was the pork shank with potatoes, which was well-cooked, plentiful, and of very high quality. I didn't run into the infamous (according to the reviews) owner of the adjacent business, although I would have liked to meet her and tell her to visit Nicola and Anna's restaurant and feast on good food. Ultimately, it's a trattoria definitely worth a visit.

The owner, Nicola, is a kind man with an eye for detail. The cuisine is typical of Molise! The antipasti platter is excellent, and the ragù alla molisana is superb. BEWARE of the neighbor at the shop of the same name, who, inexplicably, recommends going elsewhere with unjustified hatred. Highly recommended, fair prices, we'll be back.

Yesterday my husband and I stopped for lunch at this restaurant, unique for the friendliness of the family who runs it and the dishes they serve. Despite the ill-will of the neighboring merchants, in just a few years they have managed to become a reference point for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Molise cuisine. Ci sono stato a pranzo, con mio fratello. Un ristorante intimo, a conduzione familiare. Offre la buona cucina della tradizione molisana, interpretata in modo eccellente e dolci tradizionali (talora reinterpretati con estro) e un servizio impeccabile e sempre cortese. Ottimo per piccoli gruppi, pranzi o cene di lavoro o in famiglia.
