I was expecting a Tuscan restaurant, but it's not, as soon as you enter there's a good welcome and fast, attentive service....but from the outside it's deceiving...half Calabrian, half Egyptian restaurant (as described by the waiter) We didn't have a bad meal, booked with The Fork, they apply a discount. Meat good but not excellent. Crostini not recommended.

The pizza is good but their forte is absolutely the cuisine. The pappardelle with wild boar was excellent and the service was top notch! Very kind, polite and super helpful!

Great experience here! Adam was a fantastic server and made us feel very welcome. The pasta was great, Members of our party had the lasagna, the seafood pasta, and the tortellini and all enjoyed it. They were also very accommodating for a member of our group who had a food allergy. Free sample of limoncello at the end as well, which was great. We would recommend.

Even better than expected from a restaurant in the very center of Florence! The atmosphere is very friendly, light music accompanies the service. We took antipasto with typical Tuscan cheeses and sausages, very high quality. The wild boar stew is fantastically tasty, I recommend you try it. The service is attentive but not intrusive. And as a compliment they offered limoncello liqueur. I definitely recommend it in Florence.

The tiramisu was so good！ But the pizza is a little salty and the spaghetti with seafood is not recommended since there were sands in it…

This place is worthy of a 5 stars not just for good food but their service and hospitality too! Their fried steak was sooo good and so was their pasta :) a must come when in Florence !

Abbiamo trovato per caso questo ristorante ed è stata una scoperta fantastica, tanto che siamo tornate anche la sera dopo, confermandomi quello che già pensavamo. Locale tipico, accogliente con un personale gentilissimo ed attento. Il cibo veramente super. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille ragazzi

All of the reviews said the pizza was wonderful. I found it below average. I will say the gnocchi was melt in your mouth good though.

02/09/2024: This is one of the best steakhouses we have ever eaten at! The T-bone steak is charred on the outside and tender on the inside. The fat areas on the outside have been grilled until slightly charred and oily, and the inside is just red but not raw. A great detail, the steak plates are kept hot to prevent the sudden drop in temperature from making the steaks runny. We have been there twice in total. The first time we ordered mixed vegetable and bean soup as a side dish. Unfortunately, we did not appreciate this kind of bean and vegetable soup. It tasted very, very unpleasant and extremely salty. The second side dish of roasted potatoes (not photographed) was ordinary, not particularly amazing, nor particularly bad. Generally speaking, this restaurant is best for T-bone steak. Of all the steakhouses we've eaten at, it's the best!
01/09/2024: This meal was unbelievable. Everything was perfect. If you want the authentic Italian Tuscan meal experience come here. And reasonably priced too!

22/11/2024: Locale piccolino ma molto carino e accogliente. Si trova in centro a meno di 10min a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Quando sono arrivata ho visto che era molto turistico, infatti ammetto che avevo paura che fosse il solito locale dove si mangia male e si spende tanto, ma mi sono ricreduta, si mangia benissimo e si spende poco. Il servizio è veloce. Il cibo è di qualità e fresco. Le quantità sono giuste. Il personale molto gentile e simpatico. Io ho azzardato prendendo una carbonara di mare, anche se ero un po' in dubbio visto che si trova in centro a Firenze, ma è andata meglio del previsto, molto buona. In 3 persone, abbiamo preso; 1 Carbonara di mare; 1 Risotto funghi e tartufo; 1 Francesina; 2 Fagioli all'uccelletto; 1 Spinaci; 2 dolci (1 cuore al cioccolato e 1 tiramisù); 1 acqua; 1 brocca di vino; In tutto abbiamo speso 59€ Direi che come qualità prezzo è decisamente ottima. Stra consigliato e ci tornerò sicuramente.
19/11/2024: Il menu fisso ha un prezzo assolutamente onesto, c'è un'ampia scelta di portate, e la qualità del cibo è ottima. Ambiente familiare e personale cordiale. Peccato che sia chiuso la domenica, altrimenti saremmo tornati anche domenica a pranzo. Assolutamente consigliato +++++
