My friends and I tried the tasting menu, which was a sensory experience. The owners are wonderful, very kind and helpful. I will definitely return on my next trip to Sicily.

Siamo state a cena da Liborio per la prima volta. Consiglio la degustazione di crudo, cotto, caldi con le fettuccine ai frutti di mare. Pesce spada ottimo come il vino bianco della casa. Ottime materie prime, cucina e servizio ottimi. Siamo state molto soddisfatte e ci ritorneremo di sicuro. Zuleika e Grazia.

At Liborio, you experience a sensory experience: sight, smell, touch, and taste. You enter a setting surrounded by olive trees, beneath which you can dine. The restaurant is deliberately located away from the city center, a winning choice for me, which automatically attracts a specific type of clientele. Go if you know the restaurant or if you've been recommended the fish, but once you're there, you realize it couldn't have been a better choice. You're treated to a series of fish "tastings," chosen by the chef based on the catch of the day, or you can choose à la carte; it's up to you. We opted for the former, and it was a moment of pure ecstasy, with various courses always served with explanations of the type of catch and how it's cooked. All served in a totally relaxing setting, with pleasant jazz music playing in the background at just the right volume. At the end of the dinner, we met the chef, with whom we had a pleasant chat and exchanged well-deserved compliments. Reservations are recommended. Stra recommended for a high quality fish dinner. Top !!

Tried it on two relatively quiet days. Good first courses, large portions, fair prices. Friendly and courteous service. Simple but charming location.

The restaurant is not located in the center of Castellammare, but slightly on the outskirts. We tried the tasting menu with a wide and varied selection of appetizers, a first course and a final sorbet. The raw materials are carefully chosen; the fish, whether raw, fried, seared or pan-fried, the good taste and pleasure never left the dinner. Prices are a little above the average for the place, but freshness is guaranteed. Highly recommended.

Di ritorno da Segesta,cercavamo un ristorante non turistico su TripAdvisor. Leggiamo le recensioni e balzano agli occhi i commenti relativi a questa attività. Anche se siamo arrivati tardi ci hanno accolto con molta cortesia. I piatti sul menu sembrano con prezzi medio alti, poi quando li vediamo arrivare si capisce il perché...porzioni molto abbondanti....qualità top ,senza discussioni. Ci piace la filosofia di questo ristorante e ci torneremo. È stato tra i migliori pranzi mai fatti in Sicilia. Antipasto misto caldo,fritto misto di pesce e pesce spada alla griglia...da leccarsi i baffi. Bravo Liborio 👏👏👏 Pablera e signora
