Traditional restaurant but in our opinion the price and quality got out of hand. For example, mix of crostini at €15, 2 of which with liver, 1 cherry tomato, 1 courgette and a mini price of omelette, low quality and rough preparation. Pasta with rabbit ragù good but without character and duck fillet dish instead tasty with anchovy sauce. House wine 9 euros. Inside, the environment was very, very muggy

Locanda storica finalmente provata. Piatti ben impiattati, ma di consistenza. Ottimo il coniglio, Gradevole il vino che ci hanno consigliato. Buonissimo il dessert. Toilette impeccabile. Bellisima vista

Presented by a friend as one of the best restaurants in Tuscany, I can only confirm... Delfina is one of those places that must be visited at least once in a lifetime. We will definitely be back

Excellent (if not excellent) typical Tuscan cuisine from the Carmignano countryside. Perhaps not everyone can appreciate flavors and aromas that, personally, evoke my childhood.

20/07/2024: Excellent welcome. Courtesy, competence and friendliness accompanied the entire duration of the dinner. The place looks like it came straight out of the best part of the 80s, including the background music. The starters were excellent (mixed meatballs and scamorza, ham and mushrooms). The first courses are also noteworthy (gnocchi with 4 cheeses and rocket, Maremma ravioli with ragù). The desserts are also good (pistachio mousse and berry cheesecake). Excellent prices. However, the friendliness of the staff is priceless. It is worth stopping and enjoying a beautiful evening.

06/08/2024: Enchanting location a few steps from Prato, very well looked after, even down to the details and decidedly welcoming. Excellent quality food, delicious and contemporary dishes, which will tickle any palate. Kudos to Chef Omar for his mastery! And congratulations also to the rest of the staff, very polite, attentive to the customer and professional. Good job, everyone!!! Highly recommended. Sara C.
