Sehr selten haben wir so gute, harmonisch und aus frischen Zutaten hergestellte Speisen serviert bekommen. Der Service zeichnet sich durch Kompetenz, Zurückhaltung, Freundlichkeit und gute Beratung aus. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist herausragend gut. Die Speisen waren ausnahmslos ausgewogen, harmonisch und wohlschmeckend zusammengestellt. Der uns gewährte Einblick in die Kühlkammern hat restlos überzeugt. Da kommt Freude auf - Sauberkeit, Frische und Qualität. Kurz gesagt: Liebe zum Produkt und ein beseelter Koch. Wir haben selten so eine positive Erfahrung gemacht - und wir kennen weiß Gott sehr viele gute Restaurants. Dieses gehört zu unseren TOP 3. Und was die Seele des Restaurants angeht, ist es für uns zweifellos die Nummer 1.

A unique place... thanks to Carlo the franca... the legendary waiters Primo and the youngest boy... a distant world still true in the flavors in the way of welcoming... a place where the form is created by time and not from the cold mind of some architect who instead of being proud of his origins brings an international and empty style in which we are just puppets in a playground...Carlo speaks Italian and everyone understands it and in his dishes he tells of his land with its authentic uncompromising flavours...a reality to be defended...thank you
