Anna and the rest of the staff were absolute angels. They were kind, warm hearted, and the kitchen whipped up some absolutely stunning pasta. Anthony bourdain should have reviewed this restaurant because the people alone make it worth one in a million. I actually cannot get over how accepting and nice the staff were to us, it really made our first day in Rome something special. Thank you to the staff for providing such a memorable meal. - Grazie

This restaurant is truly a gem! The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is really good, the carbonara was creamy and the starter plentiful. I will definitely be back!

DIVINE Experience TODAY March 30, 2025 we dedicated a Sunday to ourselves in Trastevere and if you want to eat with dishes that are dishes come here everything we took we enjoyed with great pleasure the very abundant and good dishes I highly recommend it to you thanks Sora Cencia we will definitely come back to visit you thanks a lot

Terminamos aquí tarde en nuestra primera noche (un lunes de diciembre) y era tranquilo. Nuestra camarera Anna (pequeña Annarella Grace 🤣) era absolutamente encantador y nos dio una cálida bienvenida a Roma! Nuestros platos de pasta eran grandes y enormes porciones. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra comida en esta trattoria tradicional dirigida por la “familia”. Nos topamos con Anna tres días después en la calle en Travestere y nos recibió como viejos amigos!

24/02/2025: Fue una experiencia gastronómica desde la decoración hasta los platos fabulosos. El personal siempre estuvo presente para dar recomendaciones de vinos para acompañar la comida. ¡Tan buenas han sido algunas veces! www.la-ciambella.it
09/02/2025: Excellent location. Welcoming service and great courtesy. We ate the starters (cod rolls, fried sweetbreads and wraps) which were all excellent. Carbonara and gricia equally excellent. SUPER chicory (the best eaten in Rome). The price is in line with everything. We will be back. Franco Lazazzara
