Ended up here for dinner after our original restaurant was closed and our experience was everything we could have wanted!! As vegetarians, we had so many options (I recommend the soups, veggie sides, and cacio e pepe). The service was incredible and the vibes were cozy and authentic. It felt like we were eating in a beautiful Italian basement. Definitely will be recommending this place to others!!

I had dinner with some friends and we arrived a little early. A very characteristic location in the center of Trastevere, truly beautiful! When we arrived, the table was already ready (which is not a given in Trastevere). We ordered two bottles of water, 1 liter of house red wine plus a glass of white wine, a carbonara, a grey pasta, a matriciana and tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, followed by a Roman-style artichoke, a pork shank, and sausages with beans: everything EXTREMELY DELICIOUS and with HUGE PORTIONS!! The amatriciana was perhaps one of the best I've ever eaten!! We wanted to order dessert, but we were stuffed! We asked for the bill, a 30% discount was applied, and for everything I mentioned above, we spent 78 euros!! Absolutely honest! So if you want to eat authentic Roman cuisine, in a typical Roman trattoria in the heart of Trastevere, with an EXCELLENT quality/price ratio, come on over! Highly recommended!

Super, super yummy food. Highly recommend the gnocchi special and tiramisu. Absolutely amazing.

A small, typical Trastevere restaurant, welcoming, with indoor and outdoor seating, and quiet. A group of seven sampled appetizers, first courses, and second courses: artichokes alla giudia (Jewish-style artichokes), cacio e pepe (cacio e pepe supplí), Roman-style pasta dishes, and saltimbocca alla romana. Everything was average, and I highly recommend the rigatoni with pecorino cheese, artichokes, and guanciale (pork cheek). We also enjoyed both the white and red wines. The only flaw: the dessert. I didn't try it because it was supplied by an outside vendor and therefore not made by them.

We're a Calabrian couple, and today we had the privilege of lunch at this restaurant in the heart of Trastevere: an experience we'll cherish in our hearts (and on our palates!) for a long time. The carbonara is simply perfect: creamy, balanced, with that authentic flavor that only true Romans can deliver. The puntarelle, never tasted before, were an absolute revelation: indescribable, fresh and crunchy, masterfully seasoned. The fried zucchini flowers and artichokes alla giudia are two small works of art: light, crunchy, flavorful, impossible not to love. The saltimbocca and lamb complete a perfect culinary journey. To finish, the house tiramisu: creamy, delicate, irresistible. A sweet conclusion to an unforgettable experience. And then there's Annarella, the hostess: an exceptional person, exquisite, and welcoming like few others. It makes you feel at home from the first moment, with a kindness and warmth that you don't often encounter. A restaurant that deserves not five, but ten stars: for the cuisine, the atmosphere, and the humanity. We'll definitely be back. ❤️🍝
