Colpita da un'accoglienza da vero ristoratore. Semplice e senza tanti fronzoli, ma accogliente. Tavoli molto ordinati, ed anche l'apparecchiatura adatta al posto. Vicinissimo al centro, ma esterno. Antipasto ragionevole, i tortelli di patate buoni. Il ragù di chianina veramente buono, senza tanto pepe. Ognuno può decidere quanto metterne!!! No??? I dolci buoni. Ho adorato il vinsanto con i cantucci che erano veramente buoni, senza averli chiesti! È così che si fa. Qui si vede che c'è mestiere. Ci ritornerei subito.

30/08/2025: We'd been there four years ago and it had immediately captivated us—a very well-kept osteria in the Tuscan countryside, excellent food, and very welcoming service. So, a few days ago, we were passing through on our way back from vacation and decided to return. Everything was the same: excellent dishes accompanied by service that makes you feel at home. A wonderful rediscovery.
