A pleasant walk up, and our parents were driven up in a small car by the super-friendly manager. We weren't too late, so it wasn't too busy. We found the staff to be young and proud of their work. The atmosphere was wonderful, and they explained the (new) menu since there wasn't one in English yet. And then came the food, which we were exceptionally surprised by the presentation and quality. Truly delicious, and there aren't enough superlatives to describe our satisfaction. Ladies and gentlemen of this fantastic place: it's a work of art; we'll probably be dreaming about the delicacies and the atmosphere.

A perfect stop on the way back from a hike to the Abbey of San Pietro al Monte. Service is youthful and attentive. The dishes are truly delicious, like the tagliatelle with meat sauce. Excellent value.

I went to Crotto del Crapaio after a walk at the Basilica di San Pietro al Monte. I tried the desserts, and they were really good. I can't wait to go back for dinner.

Bella location, lungo la passeggiata verso San Pietro o il Cornizzolo. Cucina tradizionale. Però il servizio sembra fatto da ragazzi simpatici che fanno questo lavoro come passatempo, non sembra il loro lavoro.

Locale con pochi coperti quindi conviene prenotare. A pranzo fanno due turni, il primo alle 12, il secondo alle 14.
Ampia scelta di piatti e ottima qualità. Panorama stupendo!!!
