Ristorante Crotto del Capraio In Civate

It was my first time there and I was pleasantly surprised. It's hard to find a restaurant that offers typical Lombard dishes from the Lecco area these days. It's not exactly easy to get there by car because it's in the middle of some very narrow streets. I recommend parking further down the street and walking. We went up to the Abbey of San Pietro al Monte and arrived around 9:00 a.m. They welcomed us very warmly. We'd let them know beforehand, and the manager had left me the contact information so that, if we were late, she'd send us the menu and have everything ready for us upon our arrival! They were incredibly helpful. We split an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and a dessert between us, and it filled us up quite a bit. Bread and water are included in the cover charge. We were looked after very well, even though it was quite crowded. We left feeling very happy. Highly recommended.

First time in this crotto and it certainly won't be the last, a characteristic place where you eat really very well, all fresh and very tasty food..... The excellent staff is not lacking, professional, friendly and always with a smile..... Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Authentic Northern Italian cuisine at its best, run by a warm-hearted family.

A pleasant walk up, and our parents were driven up in a small car by the super-friendly manager. We weren't too late, so it wasn't too busy. We found the staff to be young and proud of their work. The atmosphere was wonderful, and they explained the (new) menu since there wasn't one in English yet. And then came the food, which we were exceptionally surprised by the presentation and quality. Truly delicious, and there aren't enough superlatives to describe our satisfaction. Ladies and gentlemen of this fantastic place: it's a work of art; we'll probably be dreaming about the delicacies and the atmosphere.

Posto da raggiungere perché immerso nel verde guardando il lago,ottima preparazione per il pranzo.Papprdelle al ragù di anatra,crepes,risotto e buonissimi secondi cervo,stinco,faraona ripena.Insomma veramente da sbizzarrirsi. Costo corretto anche per ottimo Nebbiolo delle Langhe 6 persone € 250 correttissimo Bravi ai ragazzi della sala e scusate di nuovo il mio errore

Bella location, lungo la passeggiata verso San Pietro o il Cornizzolo. Cucina tradizionale. Però il servizio sembra fatto da ragazzi simpatici che fanno questo lavoro come passatempo, non sembra il loro lavoro.
