The reception staff were incredibly professional, friendly and always helpful, making every request quick and easy to deal with. The restaurant and breakfast service staff also contributed to making the stay memorable, with attention to the customer that is rarely found. A special mention goes to Nicola, always kind and thoughtful, who made every meal a special moment. The rooms are impeccable, clean and always tidy. Everything was simply excellent. I will definitely be back!

Great team, well organized and kind. Super junior suite. Excellent breakfast. I had a problem the first night due to troglodyte guests in the room above ours, who really broke the zebedees from 1 am to 4 am. The next morning I just had to report it to Mrs. Anna at reception and, in addition to apologizing for something that was not her fault, within two minutes she gave us another equally beautiful Junior Suite. Great stay.

On December 31st we slept in this hotel for 3 nights. On the first evening I told the gentleman at reception that the bathroom heater wasn't working and he told me to wait until the next day because it would surely leave in the morning. The next day the heater still wasn't working so I took a second shower in the cold. Fortunately there was a lady at reception who immediately took care of solving the problem. In the end he had to change our room because the radiator was actually broken. On January 1st we go to breakfast. We sit at a table and the lady who takes care of the room says that the table was occupied. I politely ask to be seated somewhere else and he tells me that only the tables with high chairs are free. I said that at my age I struggle and she rudely left me the table which, according to her, was occupied but had not been claimed by anyone. The next day she apologized saying there was a lot of work... I didn't say anything else, I smiled, sat down and had breakfast! I'm afraid I won't be coming back again.

Very nice hotel interior. Functional and tastefully furnished bedroom and bathroom. The facade should be renovated. The breakfast good. The attached restaurant, Sesto, is very nice with excellent service and gourmet dishes.

Ristorante attiguo all'hotel, offre piatti molto buoni e ben serviti. Servizio attento e molto curato. È preferibile scegliere una bottiglia di vino anziché i calici proposti, che sono leggermente fuori prezzo. Qualità molto buona, prodotti freschi, bello l'impiattamento. Da provare assolutamente.

Il locale è curato ed elegante, con una piacevole atmosfera raccolta, data anche dall'illuminazione soffusa. Comode le poltroncine, bello il tovagliato. Il servizio, affidato sorridenti signore, è molto attento e sollecito senza diventare invadente. I panini nel cestino, integrali e ai semi, tiepidi e croccanti, sono davvero molto buoni. Il menu del pranzo propone quattro antipasti, quattro primi, quattro secondi, oltre a insalatone, pizza Margherita e hamburger. Abbiamo assaggiato i rigatoni all'amatriciana (squisitissimi) e il petto d'anatra (tenero e saporito) su letto di fagiolini al bacon. Cottura perfetta, impiattamento elegante, un vero piacere. Le porzioni sono giuste, ma dopo non avevamo più "spazio" per il dolce: peccato, perché in carta c'erano proposte davvero allettanti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è adeguato, considerata l'eleganza dell'ambiente, la qualità del cibo e la gentilezza del personale.
