Very chic restaurant with good food and a small language barrier.
The Corsini exudes a slightly more upscale atmosphere with its rooms, but the prices for the food are reasonable. Pizza and pasta were excellent, but communicating with the staff was a bit difficult. In contrast to other pizzerias in the area, English is hardly spoken here, the young ladies sometimes don't seem very enthusiastic when the order is not made in fluent Italian and the payment, for which - typically German - we don't simply put the total amount through Not only wanted to share the number of people, but also wanted to calculate exactly which family had which food, it turned out to be a little complicated for the innkeeper. Otherwise, we were super satisfied and all the children who were there were happy about the playground that was available, so that the adults could sit and relax for a few minutes longer.

Una volta da bambino mi scottai con il fuoco e da allora ne ho sempre timore. Così è successo con questo ristorante, andai una volta circa vent'anni fa, e rimasi talmente deluso che da allora non sono mai più ritornato.
Sino a che una fatale circostanza mi ha riportato in questo ristorante gestito dal Sig. Giuliano da circa nove anni.
Area parcheggio gratuita, accessibile in sedia a rotelle e per chi ha cani sono ben accetti.
Vi dico subito che la location è qualcosa di spettacolare, ai limiti del paradisiaco, immersa in una collinetta che ha un fronte nel sottobosco e un fronte in prato inglese. Direte voi, ma anche vent'anni fa era così…
No di certo, due decenni possono cambiare sia la morfologia del terreno, che la sua urbanizzazione.
Ma la vera novità ovviamente è la ricerca del cibo sempre fresco con pietanze realizzate da ingredienti genuini che da nove anni vengono servite ai clienti, come le alici fritte su letto di cipolle caramellate (a mio giudizio sono da dieci e lode), oppure le Chicche A.O.P. gamberi e bottarga, oppure i paccheri freschi alla siciliana con del baccalà raffinato da veri intenditori, oppure la burrata fritta su pesto di pomodorini secchi e acciughe, per non parlare del tagliolino con datterino giallo tonno e ricotta salata che vi regala emozioni al palato indimenticabili. Lo stesso dicasi per le pietanze di terra territoriali, come il gran tagliere o la tagliata di manzo o il filetto al pepe verde, per non parlare delle patate arrosto a km zero coltivate dalla famiglia. Passiamo ai dolci, al fotofinish vince la crostata al tiramisù, tutti gli altri secondi a pari merito. Un complimento particolare alla giovanissima Chef che può solo migliorare, e allo staff altrettanto giovane, gentile ed efficiente
(dimenticavo…. anche la pizza non è da meno).

Once as a child I burned myself with fire and since then I have always been afraid of it. So it happened with this restaurant, I went once about twenty years ago, and was totally disappointed that I never went back.
Until a fateful circumstance brought me back to this restaurant managed by Mr Giuliano for about nine years.
I'll tell you right away that the location is something spectacular, bordering on heavenly, immersed in a hill that has a front in the undergrowth and a front in English lawn. You may say, but even twenty years ago it was like this...
Of course not, two decades can also change the morphology of the land, as well as its urbanization (professional deformation).
But the real novelty is obviously the search for fresh food and the dishes made with those ingredients that have been served to customers for nine years, such as the fried anchovies on a bed of caramelized onions (in my opinion they are top ten), or the paccheri fresh Sicilian style with cod refined by true connoisseurs, or the fried burrata on dried tomato and anchovy pesto, not to mention the tagliolini with yellow datterino tomatoes, tuna and salted ricotta which gives you unforgettable emotions on the palate. The same goes for local dishes, such as the large platter or the sliced beef. Let's move on to the desserts, the tiramisu tart wins in the photo finish, all the other second courses are tied. A special compliment to the very young Chef who can only improve, and to the equally young, kind and efficient staff.
As a flaw I would say high prices, not on average, but it can be done.

Siamo capitati per caso, abbiamo fatto tardi e cercavamo un luogo dove cenare, in lontananza abbiamo visto questo ristorante...è stato un successo! Location ideale, ottimi piatti e cortesia del Personale, veramente azzeccato!! Consigliatissimo!

We celebrated a birthday on a very hot day and with the restaurant full.
Nonetheless, they did their utmost to make the most of the festive occasion, also helped by the outdoor space with games for the children. Impeccable service and kindness. Dishes prepared with care and served at times compatible with freshness.
Excellent meat and fish dishes in a refined environment.
Excellent value for money. Convenient parking.
