Ristorante Cordella In Portici

This was our last night in Portici/Napoli and it was an amazing meal made better by the owners banter. Food was so fresh and local steak dish was perfect along with a local wine. Owner told us to go to Bella Vita in Glasgow which we have since done and it was amazing also. The owner made a sweet dish right in front of us using a blow torch to finish it off.

Excellent Italian cuisine... We had starters and main courses for around twenty euros per person and they were excellent! The owner was very kind. I highly recommend it!

The food was delicious and the service was top notch! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. One of the times I felt most welcome in a restaurant! I recommend it with my eyes closed 😊

It was the first time we were guests at the Cordella restaurant in Portici. We chose it by chance looking at the reviews of previous customers. What can I say, Ciro and his kind wife welcomed us as best as they could both from the point of view of humanity and for the professionalism demonstrated. He presented us his dishes with love and pride leaving aside the plaster of a cold paper menu and offering himself as a host adviser and letting us taste his best repertoire from the rich seafood appetizers to the abundant and well-seasoned first courses, to the fried calamari (dry and tasty) up to the tasting of various semifreddo desserts and ice creams. Considering the presence of two small children, the management of the courses was excellent and the understanding towards them was maximum. Obviously given the service and the quality, the cost was commensurate with what was enjoyed.

We had dinner and enjoyed excellent and fresh seafood first courses, I really liked the mixed grill, beautiful to look at and tasty to the palate, the fresh and delicious desserts. The welcome from Ciro, the owner, was very cordial, he is nice and very attentive to customers. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and relaxing, especially for me who loves jazz music. I will return very willingly. Recommended.

An amazing and unexpected discovery! Very nice place and very kind staff... recommended both for the welcome that is reserved for customers, and for the delicious dishes that are prepared. We ended up there by chance yesterday 10/04/2023 (Easter Monday), they welcomed us and made us feel at home immediately. The head waiter, Mr. Ciro, who is also the owner of the restaurant, was infinitely exquisite both with me and my wife, and with our two children. In the dishes chosen by us you could feel all the freshness of the sea and the flavors were perfectly balanced, all accompanied by a white Greco di tufo Cutizzi. We closed the lunch with three slices of a delicious tiramisu... and with my son who last night, as a joke, still called Mr. Ciro. Even if it is a little "far" from where we live, we plan to return as soon as possible. Not enough 5 stars to give... but all very well deserved!

Qualità ottima. Ambiente accogliente. Il gestore cordialissimo. Se passate da portici una fermata è d'obbligo. Consigliatissimo.

Locale accogliente sia per l'arredamento che per le persone, molto gentili e professionali. Menù vario ma tutto cucinato in maniera eccellente. Melanzana alla parmigiana cucinata come da tradizione, frittura di pesce eccellente e scottata all'aceto balsamico molto tenera e saporita. Lo consiglio e se mi capiterà ci tornerò volentieri.
