Restaurant located on the seafront with the option of dining on the terrace. Fish-based dinner, with young service, but always attentive to the customer. The 4 stars are encouraging. Very generous and tasty dishes. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 main courses, 1 first course (rice with sauce for a child), a bottle of wine, 1 dessert, 2 coffees, 2 liqueurs. A meat-based menu is available. Average prices considering the fish-based menu. Total €165

Il Corallo boasts a delightful view, the welcome is excellent, and the food even more so. We had the mixed antipasto (really excellent quality, price, and variety) and the spaghetti with clams and bottarga, truly remarkable! Special mention also goes to the courtesy and professionalism of the wait staff. If you're in the area, Il Corallo is the best choice in my opinion.

During my stays in Orosei, both for lunch and dinner with a sea view, I went (and returned) to Il Corallo. You can enjoy both the professional and genuine service of the staff and the delicious, abundant seafood dishes. The ITI world never disappoints, neither in the hotel nor in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

A well-kept place, easy to get to, and the staff is attentive and helpful. Reservations are recommended, but they do their best to secure two seats, even at the last minute! It's also suitable for casual dining, being practically on the beach, but you can tell it's a place full of attentive service! Excellent food and excellent service! Highly recommended!

Excellent seafood dishes, simple yet showcasing the ingredients. The menu is focused on a few dishes, but everything we tried was delicious. 4S only because the terrace is a bit cramped with tables close together. The staff is young and friendly. We'll be back.

We went for dinner in a beautiful location. We had three truly excellent seafood salads, three delicious seafood risottos, water, and half a liter of white wine. Total cost €127 Friendly staff and quick service. We also booked for the following evening... that says it all!

My wife and I went for dinner several times a week and had a really good time. The food was good, the portions were generous, and the owner and staff were very friendly. We highly recommend the spaghetti al cartoccio.

Era un po’ che non ci tornavo e devo dire che mi sono trovata bene, anche se dicono di non tornare dove hai bei ricordi. Risotto di mare molto buono, senza gusci tutto il pesce pulito, lo consiglio.

2/3 anni fa si mangiava bene e si spendeva giusto.... adesso solo lo spaghetto al cartoccio per due, 56 euro, con un gambero di terza, un gambero argentino, due calamari e cozze..... decisamente peggiorato

09/08/2025: Wow what a menu and service. The menu recommendations by the head waiter are to be followed. Starter : spaghetti with lobster. Excellent. Main course :We had a fish spigola cooked in salt crust. Fabulous ! The best fish we had in this part of Sardegna. The setting is very intimate, elegant yet relaxed. Graziano never disappoints.
08/08/2025: This Place is a must visit if you’re staying in Cala gonone. Of course it’s not beachfront but it more than makes up for it with the quality of both service and foods. The restaurant is family run and you can tell. We shared a seafood risotto between us as starter which was wonderful. Unlike most risotto, it was not based on tomato sauce, but on a homemade crustacean base. Worth mentioning, the dish came on two plates already split - a level of service we’ve never experienced in our two weeks in Sardinia. As main course we went for a Dorade cooked in a Salt crust, a mediterranean specialty. The meat was just to die for it was super juicy and tasty. We had a tomato/cheese salad as side-yummy. We finished up with a typical Sardinian dessert, a fried cheese filled dough pocket topped off with honey. This was a perfect conclusion to a perfect dinner. We would definitely recommend coming here.

17/08/2025: We visited this restaurant in Orosei primarily because it's well-equipped for celiacs, and we can confirm that the gluten-free pizza is truly delicious. Overall, however, our experience deserves three stars. Pros: Excellent organization for celiacs. Nice terrace to eat on. Quality gluten-free pizzas. Cons: Awkward service. Fried calamari (€24) was average, nothing special. Fried mixed fish for celiacs (€30): a portion with 2 shrimp, calamari, and small fish; average, but it was unfortunate that the small fish hadn't been cleaned of their innards. Linguine with sea urchins (€20): The flavor was unconvincing; the sea urchins seemed to be missing. Squid-fried octopus (€18): Good but not memorable. Covers: €4 per person. Only microfiltered still water available. Conclusion: Prices are "starred restaurant" but the food doesn't live up to expectations. The gluten-free pizza is definitely worth a try (which we recommend), but otherwise, you can find better options for the same price.
12/08/2025: We had lunch and dinner there during our vacation. The food was very good and suitable for celiacs. The service was friendly and willing to help.
