Sorry but I fell in love with the chef! Amazing vegan menu, balanced flavor combination, with local and seasonal ingredients. 360° knowledge of ingredients, even exotic ones. €70 per person for a 6-course menu with amuse bouche studied in detail, with chef Manuel Marchetta coming every time to explain to us how he had conceived the various dishes. Impeccable service, with respect for the rules of etiquette, it felt like being in a restaurant from times gone by! We will definitely be back! Highly recommended for vegans and vegetarians. Only note, in hindsight, knowing how the menu was designed I would have preferred to be advised on the wines to pair, or perhaps proposing a wine accompaniment with a selection of glasses would have been interesting.
Tornati a trovare lo chef Marchetta, davvero sempre un bel mangiare, qualità, preparazioni, impiattamento ecc..
Le belle idee non mancano mai a Manuel per preparare piatti belli, nuovi e buoni.. consistenze, accostamenti, cotture..
Abbiamo iniziato con 2 antipastini, del territorio ma rivisitati, un primo di seppioline e piselli , finito con un dolce davvero v3.0..

Seaside restaurant in winter.
Summer season prices. You better be a small eater. Very well presented but small portion for high price. Menu at €45. Same caliber drink. 37.5 cl €18.

Cadre magnifique mais qui ne remplit pas le ventre, on ressort de ce resto pas rassasiés du tout pourtant l'addition est salée. Autrefois, il y a environ 20 ans c'était une bonne adresse: l'ambiance était rustique mais l'assiette était remplie...
Maintenant c'est moderne, sans charme les assiettes sont grandes et vides.
Etablissement adapté à la clientèle monégasque qui pense acheter une authenticité partie en fumée par une chaude nuit d'août il y a plusieurs années, quelle tristesse!!!
