Estábamos conduciendo por la Toscana y acabamos de decidir parar para almorzar. Fue un gran movimiento. Tuvimos la bruschetta para empezar y poder probar el aceite. Era tan fresco y sabroso que podría haber parado allí. Pero seguimos comiendo y los dos disfrutamos mucho de nuestro almuerzo.

The best restaurant between Valdichiana and Valdorcia. Excellent choice of wines and Davide, the owner, a great sommelier and connoisseur. The food is local with some twists. Recommended to book. Possibility of B+B above the restaurant.

Even during a busy evening we were still able to eat something here with our family of 4. Beautiful location! Friendly service and plenty of choice on the menu. Nice wine!

Fantastic place, it was full at first but they called back that there was still a spot for us! Super nice! Delicious food, really enjoyed all dishes. You shouldn't be in a hurry if you eat here, but it is definitely recommended!

I just had lunch with my family of 4. Our 2 small children had spaghetti with Parmesan cheese. I got the most delicious ravioli I have ever tasted. Absolutely delicious. My wife got delicious goose stew with salad and bread. It was a fantastic visit with good food, crazy views and good quiet surroundings.

This restaurant never disappoints.Fabulous food at a fair price and wonderful staff . The ambiance is love with gorgeous views from the terrace. A trip to Tuscany wouldn’t be the same with a visit here . There is nothing quite like an old established fam run restaurant. Roger and Sara Mitchell

Osteria il Carroccio

08/12/2024: We went to the Carroccio for dinner, I must say that we immediately had a great time with the welcome of the guys in the room. The menu is nothing short of spectacular: cheeses with jam, lampredotto, pici cacio and pepper and finally ricciarelli with zabaglione and vin santo. Really honest price, congratulations, it's really worth going to the Carroccio.

04/11/2024: While passing through Chiusdino we booked at this Osteria (due to the external appearance of the premises) which cooked good food for me and my friends. Careful menu (although perhaps a little limited in the choices of first courses, I was expecting more soups) with some Associations to review (like the artist on a bed of pumpkin puree). Good service, moderate prices.
03/11/2024: Very nice and welcoming place with a view of the valley. Excellent food and excellent service with very polite, helpful and quick waiters.
