I recommend it with my eyes closed. Beyond the intimate setting and refined cuisine, we particularly appreciated the friendly and welcoming service. Bravo 👏

The food was great, the staff were amazing and went above & beyond what you'd expect to provide great service. Lovely people, great wine, and delicious food. They also had gluten free pasta, which was great. Will definitely go again next time I'm in Noto.

Tuna on a cream of peppers and mint sprouts...fantastic! Service was very slow, but courteous and attentive (they quickly got some gluten-free bread for me, who's gluten intolerant). The atmosphere was contemporary and bright.

We found it by chance while strolling toward the center of Noto. Instinct and hunger made us choose it; it couldn't have been a better choice. We went in to ask if there was a free table and agreed to return in about twenty minutes to give them time to set up the table. The friendly staff was immediately evident from the young woman who greeted us, and the chef, who took care to bring our dishes to the table, only confirmed it. We ordered pasta alla norma and seafood gigli with an almond "salsina." We devoured both because, despite their differences, both were exquisite. Excellent ingredients in excellent hands. The timing was perfect, and despite this, they apologized for a delay we didn't notice. They both asked us if everything was okay, a question that has become routine by now, but in this case, the sincerity of the person herself shone through, along with the certainty of a positive answer—a certainty given by someone who knows how they've worked. When you eat like this, you're talking about money well spent, not just leaving with a full belly. We had a larger table next to us, with lively children, and we're sure they were more than satisfied too. P.S. The children's parents and staff apologized for the noise, but we also felt this apology was unnecessary.

The cuisine, rooted in tradition but enriched with thoughtful reinterpretations, offers excellent, beautifully presented dishes. Overall, it's an experience that combines attentive service and culinary excellence, with a balanced quality-price ratio.
