top food, amazing pizza...clean and very quiet

Excellent food from our tradition

Very rustic and spartan environment, maybe a little too much... The dishes were decent, the cured meats a little hard, the ravioli with sauce were good, the arrosticini (12 for two people) and the sautéed vegetables. The chitarrina teramana was instead a little too bland, and tasted of little. Conticino maybe not too cheap, for what we ate..

We were the first new customers and it was delicious and the staff was excellent. The dishes were delicious. We had a traditional appetizer, raw ham, salami, pecorino cheese, two portions of sheep's cuato 🐑 a roast sheep, two portions of courgettes and aubergines 🍆 fresh salad 🥗 a pizza 🍕 with buffalo mozzarella on top of the four seasons the staff and a family unit I really like the family so much love and happiness
