Excellent ingredients, impeccably cooked and served in generous portions, wonderful people who work with passion, and a "nativity scene" town immersed in nature. Sure, it's a bit far from Rome, but it's definitely worth the drive and the wait to relax and enjoy delicious food.

We recently went for lunch with six of us, but my husband and I had already experienced the excellent cuisine several years ago, as well as the superb selection of ingredients for exquisite dishes, which are also presented with great care. The dedication, professionalism, and family atmosphere that permeates this restaurant truly deserve praise.
Authentic, generous, and high-quality dishes, along with an extensive list of revisited desserts, such as tiramisu, including pear tiramisu, zuppa inglese with artisanal ice cream, and more...
In short, try it and believe it.

The place is very nice, welcoming, and very clean. Although the wait is very long—about an hour—it's worth it for an exceptional culinary experience, where each dish stands out for its high-quality preparation and impeccable presentation.
The bill is in line with the quality of the food.

Buona la salvia fritta offerta come pre-antipasto.
Ho ordinato "I fusilli al ferro con peperone secco di altino e burrata liquida", purtroppo non erano fusilli al ferro, ma pasta casareccia di pasta secca imbustata, troppo peperone fritto secco e croccante, non gustoso.
Il peperone crusco va usato come una spezia ed è molto adatta come tocco finale per arricchire di sapore uno spaghetto aglio, olio e peperoncino.
Ottimi e abbondanti i cardoncelli alla piastra. Buone le quaglie con le ovine e agnello alla scottadito.
Ottimo il vino della casa.

Surrounded by greenery, Il Saraceno offers an enchanting view of the Aniene Valley, perfect for those seeking silence and relaxation. The location is suggestive, isolated from the world but welcoming.
Excellent cuisine, with refined dishes and authentic flavors. The service is impeccable, attentive and friendly. An experience to live: food, nature and tranquility in perfect balance.
