Disfrutamos de dos cenas en el restaurante. El personal era genial, especialmente Luigi el gerente. Las selecciones de vino que proporcionaron eran de la región y combinaban con nuestros platos de manera magnífica. La comida era excepcional y el servicio no podría haber sido mejor.

2 for dinner. The food was excellent, the wine too. The thing I noticed initially was that we didn't receive the right welcome from the staff in the room. We sat at the table, we received water, but we waited about 25 minutes to get the menu. Initially we booked via the official website, choosing the tasting at €49 each, but then we changed our mind when we arrived on site and asked if we could kindly order a la carte in a different way. (Request executed after 25 minutes of waiting). We also waited a while to order. After requesting the arrival of the menus, so that we could choose what to eat, we also wanted to order some wine, but the wine list had not been brought to us, and I had to ask for it when ordering. I want to clarify what caught my eye; after we sat down, two other tables arrived in a row, they immediately had the food menu and the wine list, and they ordered even before us. I don't want to create controversy, simply, given the initial way of doing things, we didn't feel "welcome", on the contrary we had to ask for orders and other things, after several times the dining room staff passed in front of us even just seeing the fact that we didn't have a menu at the table. Following the large order and the bottle of wine, the attitude changed noticeably. I don't want to have the wrong idea in my head, but it seems to me that a lot was based on first impressions.
