Pranzo ottimo, pasta fatta in casa davvero ottima, come del resto anche l arrosto e i dolci. Forse, avrei preferito (a me piace così) il piatto gia’ servito a tavola e non preparato sul carrello vicino al tavolo…ma e’ solo una mia cosa personale che alla fine non pregiudica la qualità degli ingredienti serviti. Personale veloce e educato. Ambiente caratteristico. Da tornare sicuramente

I've been here several times and everything has always been excellent, from the service to the quality of the food! Wide choice of both first and second courses, starters one better than the other. Embarrassed to choose even with desserts. Very friendly and helpful staff, very nice place.

Cian Restaurant since 1976: A breathtaking culinary experience I have had the pleasure of dining at Cian Restaurant since 1976 and have been thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, and the staff is extremely kind and attentive. The menu offers a vast selection of traditional Molise dishes, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I tried several dishes, including appetizers, first courses and second courses. All were delicious, but my favorites were the spinach and ricotta ravioli and the Vicenza-style cod. The desserts were equally good, and I particularly enjoyed the tiramisu. The service was impeccable, and the staff was always available to answer my questions and recommend the best dishes. The value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high quality, authentic dining experience. We went to this delightful place on Saturday evening. Mario and his staff welcomed and pampered us with competence and attention. On his advice we took a tasting of appetizers followed by campofiloni and taccozzi. Miriana is a truly excellent CHEF. Absolutely worth trying. We would like to thank Mario again who did his utmost to resolve our small accident which occurred outside the venue in every way. If you get it, go there and if you don't get it, look for it. Very very good. We went here for dinner, we had a round of 5-course starters (€25), a first course each, a dessert to share and a bottle of wine. All good, balanced and precise. Excellent service and excellent price (€52 per person)! Compliments!

Premesso che i tavoli erano all'aperto ravvicinati tra loro e con tavoli di fumatori, non piacevole sentire la puzza di sigaretta mentre si mangia, il cibo è stato molto buono, preparato con sapienza a differenza del crudo, rispetto al costo era misero e di pezzatura minuscola, inoltre i primi serviti con vongole lupino e non veraci, fa differenza??? Il costo è rimasto lo stesso... Servizio lento ma professionale. Al momento del conto e non prima mi viene detto che non era possibile pagare con carta American express quindi ho pagato in contanti (fortunatamente li avevo) ma la cosa più furbesca è stata la mancanza della ricevuta FISCALE, neanche l'ombra. Inoltre sono stati addebitati 3 € di coperto a persona. Da un ristorante così non me lo sarei aspettato! Nonostante queste mancanze, nulla da dire sulla qualità del cibo e soprattutto sul sommelier, preparato, gentile e molto disponibile come anche i camerieri.
