Ristorante Cian dal 1976 In San giacomo degli schiavoni

Lunch at this restaurant was a great experience 😊 While exploring some beautiful places a little further inland in Molise, and passing by here, we thought it would be a good idea to book a lunch at the Ristorante Cian dal 1976. We got to know it thanks to the show 4 Ristoranti by Alessandro Borghese, where they had won. The Maitre is a very knowledgeable person, attentive to the wishes of the guests and super prepared. The waiters are super, some even Sommeliers and Barmen, and they close a good part of the dishes in the room before serving them to complete the chef's composition. If you hear "La cucaracha" starting, it's because one of them will be preparing a delicious dessert 😎😂 The dishes are excellent, the raw materials are of great quality. Simple preparations but at the same time very tasty. The environment is very well-kept and welcoming. Parking space is easy to find in the adjacent streets of the town center. Very good value for money. If you are near Termoli do not miss this super place, I recommend booking. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for everything. See you soon!

Historic restaurant with a high overall level where you can enjoy a perfect combination of the natural and remarkable talent of Chef Miriana combined with the perfect, hospitable and cultured management of her husband Mario, an impeccable maitre. The location is a gem of refined flavor.

I went to this restaurant on a Sunday for lunch because I had heard good things about it. Indeed, the starters were good, prepared with fresh products. The first, defined as the must of the place, didn't excite me or like it that much. The same goes for the second course, a fish fry, without infamy and without glory. The dessert is the same. Ultimately, it is a good restaurant, but having to drive a few hours to get there, it is definitely not worth it. Furthermore, the very small place was packed (perhaps more than it should be) with people. The service was good however.

Cozy and refined restaurant. Staff attentive to customers and prompt with orders. It is located in the historic center but with an entrance on street level. Traditional seafood dishes, with hints of innovation and modernity. Average prices.
