I visited this restaurant with my girlfriend and had a truly enjoyable experience. The restaurant isn't large, but it's meticulously designed and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We started with a carefully selected appetizer menu, well-balanced in flavor and quantity. The couscous with meat and lamb tagine were excellent, both for the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. The bill was absolutely reasonable and in line with the amount we ate. Overall, a truly successful experience, which makes Cherlot one of the best ethnic restaurants in Florence.

Excellent welcome. The appetizers were delicious, one better than the next. Then we had some tagines, and they were truly delicious.
You feel right at home.
The price is fair (about €30 with a bottle of wine and tea included).
I'll be back as soon as I can.

Cherlot is a magical place, and Joseph is an extraordinary host, showcasing his kindness and attentiveness to his guests. Every dish we tried, from appetizers to tagines, was excellent and plentiful. I can't wait to return!
