Ristorante Checco al 13 In Roma

The restaurant is located at 13 km of the Via Aurelia and has large indoor and outdoor spaces as well as a parking lot for customers. The menu includes meat and fish dishes. The appetizers and desserts are served on the trolley which makes the choice easy. I went there for dinner with friends and I had a nice evening. The owners are very welcoming and the waiting staff is professional.

Excellent restaurant: elegant, well-attended. The food (whether a first course or a second course of meat, fish, or vegetables) and exquisite wine are superbly served according to the highest Roman and Lazio traditions.

Il ristorante, storico, ubicato al 13esimo km della via Aurelia, è un bellissimo locale, arredato in stile tradizionale con ampie sale e salette ed una grande terrazza ombrata dove godere il rito del buon cibo. Piacevolmente intrattenuti durante il pranzo con molta discrezione dalla sig.ra Elena, abbiamo saltato gli appetitosi numerosi antipasti, ordinando dei tagliolini ai gamberi rossi, buoni ma senza anima, e da non perdere la fantastica amatriciana con ottimo guanciale e pecorino. Saltati anche i secondi, abbiamo però gustato un buonissimo carciofo alla romana. Trai numerosi dessert, molto buona la torta al cioccolato con sopra un delicato, eccezionale zabaione. Eccelente il servizio, gentile, veloce e professionale. Dal conto, buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il ristorante vanta un comodissimo posteggio proprio accanto al locale.

A pleasant and tasty discovery. We were recommended this restaurant in passing. High quality products and prepared as they once were. Excellent matrix. As if we had lunch at home. The friendly staff. Then the owner, Mr Carlo, an evergreen 84 year old, friendly and nice. Historic places like this should be a world heritage site. And finally a trifle made by Mr Carlo's wife, spectacular. I recommend it very much. We will be back. Thank you

Locale storico, gestione familiare e cortese. Portate di pesce buone, mentre i miei ravioli di ricotta e spinaci non erano per niente buoni, cosi come il sugo che li accompagnava. Idem la crostata alla marmellata di visciole. Conto troppo salato per quanto mangiato, un amaro addirittura 10 euro!
