Truly excellent. Even though we hadn't booked, it was 1.30pm and there were six of us, they welcomed us with pleasure. The dishes are all very good and plentiful, the staff very helpful and attentive to customer needs. Excellent quality-price relation. Sincerely recommended.

Il Ristorante Bar Centrale di Casella e’ ormai una meta fissa del weekend in Liguria che tutti gli anni ci concediamo da un decennio più o meno. L’ospitalità di Pietro e la qualità dei piatti, sempre freschi e gustosi, la tranquillità del ristorante e i sapori autentici della cucina ligure dell’entroterra ci hanno sempre convinto per cui un pranzo al Bar Centrale ci sta sempre, come fossimo in famiglia. Consigliatissimi: antipasti caldi, lasagne al pesto, ravioli di borragine, arrosto di vitello. Servizio sempre attento, attese mai troppo lunghe, locale semplice, una rimodernata alla toilette ci starebbe, per il resto un vero toccasana per il corpo e lo spirito. A presto e un sincero grazie a tutto lo staff de Ristorante Bar Centrale.
