Il Ristorante Centrale di Casella, è situato appunto al centro del paese di fronte a Palazzo Fieschi e a poche decine di metri dalla stazione della Ferrovia Genova - Casella. Questo ristorante rappresenta una certezza di buona cucina genovese e del suo meraviglioso entroterra. Consigliatissimo anche per arricchire una bella gita con lo storico trenino.

13/04/2025: A pleasant surprise in a very simple place I found an out of the ordinary kindness. Adil welcomes you with courtesy and professionalism Very good crunchy pizza and excellent swordfish But the welcome surprise was the mint herbal tea at the end of dinner I highly recommend Until we meet again

27/11/2024: Ate their best dishes at home during the COVID 91 emergency: one better than the other! In particular the lean cappon, the Paraggi ravioli and the cod. Super focaccia and interesting bottles of wine. The desserts are also excellent and plentiful.
