Ristorante Centrale In Cremona

In the norm. I expected something better. We did not find the quality we expected, therefore not commensurate with the price paid. Too expensive. I definitely don't feel like recommending it. Good service.

Io e mio marito, in visita a Cremona, abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante anche su consiglio della guida. AMBIENTE : locale ampio, in due sale, un po' vecchio stile come piace a me. Bancone del bar in legno, specchi appesi. Pulito Ho letto che qualcuno si lamentava che il menù non era all'esterno, ma noi lo abbiamo letto e visionato prima di entrare nel locale SERVIZIO : due camerieri, di cui uno forse il proprietario o gestore. Molto cordiali che ci hanno dato indicazioni anche sui prodotti e su dove eventualmente acquistarli CIBO: abbiamo mangiato due primi e diviso un cotechino con a parte la mostarda. Tutto buono, soprattutto il brodo dei marubini, una pasta ripiena tipo tortellini. RAPPORTO QUALITA' PREZZO : Il cotechino a 20€ posso anche capirlo, i marubini a 22€ forse li ho visti un po' troppo cari, così come tutte le paste fresche, forse rispetto agli antipasti e ai secondi GIUDIZIO COMPLESSIVO : Per noi il ristorante si è presentato bene, buone portate. Concordo con i pareri negativi legati al costo delle portate, comprendo la posizione centrale, ma comunque un po' troppo caro

My husband and I, visiting Cremona, had lunch in this restaurant also on the guide's recommendation. ENVIRONMENT: large room, in two rooms, a little old fashioned as I like it. Wooden bar counter, hanging mirrors. Clean I read that someone complained that the menu was not outside, but we read it and looked at it before entering the restaurant SERVICE: two waiters, one of whom is perhaps the owner or manager. Very friendly and also gave us information on the products and where to buy them FOOD: we ate two first courses and shared a cotechino with mustard on the side. All good, especially the marubini broth, a filled pasta like tortellini. QUALITY/PRICE RATIO: I can understand the cotechino at €20, the marubini at €22 perhaps I saw as a little too expensive, as are all the fresh pastas, perhaps compared to the starters and main courses OVERALL OPINION: For us the restaurant presented itself well, good dishes. I agree with the negative opinions related to the cost of the dishes, I understand the central location, but still a little too expensive

A traditional restaurant as it should be. Very good traditional dishes. The owner was polite and knowledgeable. He answered all our curiosities in great detail. We took a portion of Cremonese sausage, one of boiled meat with mustard and the Cremaschi tortellini. Around 95 euros
