Historic place in Piacenza, beautiful location as always, the service is impeccable, courteous, punctual and never invasive, the wine list is more than adequate.

Restaurant in a very suggestive ancient building with modern furnishings that create a perfect combination. Friendly and qualified staff. The raw material is of excellent quality cooked and presented with style. Compliments! Highly recommended!!!

Locale molto carino e caldo anche se un poco buio
Menu principalmente di pesce ma ci sono ambre alle proposte
Piatti buoni , servizio corretto , prezzo giusto
Noi abbiamo preso due antipasti un primo in secondo e caffè . Spesa 100 euro

We have known Paolo Castiglia since the days when he was the chef at La Ca' di Sass in Suzzano. He was already very good when he started. Since 2018, he has moved to Piacenza, to this historic venue. The environment is very classy and romantic. What I really appreciate about Paolo is his creativity: obviously the use of quality raw materials is essential for the success of a dish, but Paolo's expert hands enhance the flavors even more. He knows how to tell you how he conceived the dish and also advises you on how to taste it.
We aren't able to go to the restaurant as much as we would like due to the distance from our home, but we come as soon as we can. At Paolo's you will have an experience, one of the best!
