Es war alles einfach fantastisch! Das Essen, die Atmosphäre, das Personal sind wirklich wunderbar. Seit Jahren besuchen wir die Haselburg anlässlich des Geburtstages meines Mannes und reservieren rechtzeitig einen Tisch, der immer wunderschön gedeckt ist und direkt am Fenster mit Blick auf Bozen platziert ist. Das Essen ist liebevoll angerichtet und die Weinempfehlungen sind professionell.

che dire, luogo stupendo, personale stupendo e oltremodo cortese, vini da sogno e piatti sfiziosi e ben equilibrati. Materie prime d' eccellenza e prezzo adeguato.

20/07/2025: Brilliant gem of a property! It feels like you’re staying with a family. Impeccable attention to detail, there are small little things they have done to make our stay so memorable. The hotel is located close to bus routes and hiking paths, it is equidistant from both Col Raiser and Monte Pana as well as Ortisei for Seceda and Seiser Alms. We even had their 4-course dinner one evening and it was perfection. They even made a special meal for my son who wiped off his plate clean! What’s brilliant is that it’s a team of women that run the hotel. Huge thank you to Flori, Carolyn and Rodica for being great hosts. We will definitely be back.
25/06/2025: It’s a nice place to rest. Most important of all, staffs are all kind and helpful!

22/09/2025: A great place on the trail to recharge your batteries, eat something good, and rehydrate with a good beer. Friendly, helpful staff.
16/09/2025: A very welcoming and beautiful traditional cabin. All around you can see cows, rabbits, and other animals. You can sit at the outdoor tables, as well as some inside. The dishes they prepare, typical cuisine, are very good. We tried the sandwiches and then the cakes. The staff is friendly, and the service can sometimes be slow if it's crowded, but that's no problem.
