If what you are looking for is a place where you can unplug from everything, La Segreta Country House is the place you need. Olga, Giuseppe and the whole team will be there to take care of you, and the birds to cheer your awakening. We recommend you try the chef's cuisine for dinner and sip their wines by the pool. We planned to stay for just one night, but never was a better decision to stay for two nights (even Jack, our little dog, appreciated it!) Highly recommended, if you manage to tear yourself away from La Segreta, a day at Insula Beach!! Another wonderful reality! We are already planning our next stay!

Had the absolute pleasure of staying at La Segreta Country House for a few days. It is the perfect location for those looking to switch off and unplug from everything. I will say that it is secluded so if you need anything specific for your stay, I suggest getting before you arrive! The building itself, I understand, has recently undergone renovation. The interior is clean and spacious with small aesthetic touches to add a homely feel. The rooms again are spacious with everything you need for your stay. Outside there is a small pool and lounging area with an external dining space too. The real plus with our stay was the hospitality- I want to say a huge thank you to Guiseppe, Lorraine and the team who were absolutely first class. We were made to feel welcome from the start and they looked after us without being intrusive… a real step up from the usual ‘hospitality’ offered at hotels. In all, I would absolutely recommend a stay at La Segreta and I very much look forward to visiting again soon🙂 Thank you❤️

Do you need to find serenity, peace and tranquility? For once, do you dream of being treated like a VIP even without being one? Here Planeta Country House is the answer to these questions. I had the honor and fortune of spending a couple of days in a magical and unique place. Located in the wonderful countryside of Melfi surrounded by beautiful olive trees and fabulous vineyards, Planeta country house is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered, which is why I want to share my experience. As soon as we crossed the entrance gate, we were greeted with a beautiful smile and warmth from Giuseppe and Angela. They very professionally introduced us to the structure, explaining all the accessible areas, such as the swimming pool, dining area and rooms. All areas are incredibly studied down to the smallest detail, with attention and extreme cleanliness. After the presentation and some relaxation in the pool area, we moved to the eating area and there we met one of the brightest and most professional waitresses I have ever seen, her name is Lauren (I hope that's right), girl Irishman who did everything possible to make us enjoy our dinner as best as possible. His smile, his energy, his presence have something exceptional. And in all this the food was excellent and well served! The structure, being linked to Planeta Wine, offers the possibility of trying unique Sicilian wines (I highly recommend Planeta Chardonny as a white, Santa Cecilia as a Red). Exceptional wines!!! The next day we were greeted by an imperial buffet breakfast, masterfully prepared by Giuseppe, who went out of his way to satisfy all possible requests! Giuseppe you are magical! We also thank Olga so much who was also very good and professional. They were unique days, days to remember with photos, days that I will carry in my heart all my life and for this reason I wanted to share my experience!
