I stayed with friends one night, spotless rooms with breathtaking views of the sea, very spacious and welcoming. The staff in charge of check-in were immediately super helpful and kind, in particular Mrs. Monica who welcomed us warmly

The structure is comfortable, welcoming and quiet. The staff is extremely helpful, as well as very kind. A few steps from the sea. We also had umbrellas, sunbeds and deckchairs available. With my family, we had gone for 5 days, but we were so happy that we decided to stay an extra day. The restaurant is also good. A little far from the center of Roseto, but with the bicycles that the structure provides you can easily reach all the services. Our room had a small problem with the air conditioning and we were given a discount for this.
Highly recommended!!!

Clean and welcoming place, the staff are kind and always ready to smile.. Ideal place for dog lovers, because they welcome them in the room.. I recommend it to everyone...we left this morning and I repeat myself in saying that in addition to the really pleasant place, the welcome and the staff make this hotel a fantastic place.. Thanks to all of you ❤️

Beautiful structure, clean, with comfortable apartments and a beautiful location.
We have been frequenting it since 2006 when it opened, friendly and helpful staff, great surprise to find the good and professional Monica as director.

Comfortable and right-sized apartment, beautiful terrace, clean, quality linen. Good and well-directed reception and cleaning staff.
The residence is showing its age and is in serious need of renovation especially in the terraces, awnings and kitchenettes.

August we went for the first time to have dinner for four evenings.... we had a really good time, excellent menus.... everything was impeccable....

Very welcoming place. It was the first time and I must say that we had a great time. Comfortable, facing the sea, very kind, helpful, professional people. The evening in Abruzzo was excellent (with typical products and specialities). An experience definitely worth repeating.

We returned to the fourth 6 structure after staying there in summer 2021 and we confirm the good things written at the time: comfortable rooms, large swimming pool for adults and children and a stone's throw from the sea.
Only advice: in winter we do some maintenance on other small things that are malfunctioning.
Brilliant reception staff!
A special mention to the two animators (Angela and Greta) who were perfect, because they were tireless, attentive, patient, available, always cheerful, ready...

I stayed with my daughters for a week at the Casa del Mar residence in Roseto degli Abruzzi. A wonderful view in a quiet part of the country! We had half board.
We were greeted by the reception in a very welcoming way. All the reception staff were kind and helpful with our every request. The waiters are all very kind and helpful (Franco, Caterina, and 2 guys whose names I don't remember).
We got the room immediately upon our arrival at noon. The rooms are clean and from the balcony I had a splendid view of the sea and the pool. The housekeepers were all nice and kind to us. Alessia the pool lifeguard was very kind and professional, always friendly and available for any customer needs. Pool always clean.
Speaking of animation, however, a huge problem arises. Introduction I chose this structure for my daughter (7 years old) to show her for the first time what the animation was like. The girls compete to be absent and spend little time with the children. They arrive at the workplace annoyed and also unable to involve the children. They prefer to talk to their parents than play. One evening during the entertainment they brought my daughter back to me claiming that she was tired and needed to sleep, insisting on making her leave even though my daughter had clearly told her that she wanted to continue playing. Once we returned to the room, after Angela's insistence, my daughter burst into tears and was sorry for what had happened. On Fridays there is "giropizza", a farewell dinner that the entertainers hold with the children because on Saturdays people leave again. On Friday afternoon in the pool the entertainers were present and willing to play with the children. (The tactic to get a good review in my opinion). I pointed out to Greta about the terrible entertainment with the children and she was offended by leaving. On the evening of the pizza I was having dinner with my grown daughter and I saw the children at a table having dinner all together, served by the entertainers. To get an encore of a meal you had to raise your hand so that they would come by and give it, which however didn't happen with my daughter. I approached to ask why there was no encore and the answer I got from Greta was that due to the lack of other chips my daughter couldn't receive it and that they had done everything possible to distribute everything fairly (which wasn't true). I did this to go back to my table with my back turned, and that's where my older daughter, but also the little one, saw the rather rude gesture that Greta made to me (as if to tell me to go to hell)
I'm sorry for the structure, I reported this morning what happened. I repeat, you are all super fantastic but I cannot accept the rudeness of the entertainers.

I stayed with my husband and my children for two weeks at the Casa del Mar residence in Roseto degli Abruzzi. A wonderful view in a quiet part of the country!
Too bad the manager M. is unprofessional compared to the other two very helpful receptionists;
Maintenance was inefficient (almost non-existent): the pool fence was full of dangerous nails and the grates were rising.
As regards the bar/restaurant, mêtre F. proved to be grumpy towards customers on several occasions.
Speaking of animation, however, a big problem arises. I was already prejudiced by reading the reviews left by previous customers. One of the two entertainers (A) is unsuitable for this role, probably too immature to be able to assist the children in having fun; the other instead (G) was much more suitable and proactive, it's a shame that she didn't find much support in her colleague.
A plus point for this residence is the swimming pool: always clean and, above all, all the lifeguards (in particular A, as he is most present) always friendly and available for any customer need.
