The apartments are nice, but at least the two-person attic apartments with balconies need better lighting. Light fixtures aren't functional and there's a lack of counter space. Not a great value for money. Located in a more residential area, 2-3 km from the city center.

We stayed at this residence five years ago with our one-year-old daughter. We had a wonderful time, thanks to the convenient location and the flexibility that a residence offers, where you can cook, but there's also a restaurant on the ground floor, for those days when you don't feel like cooking. At the end of our holiday, our review was five stars 😊 We returned this year, with our daughter, now six, and our new arrival, five months old. We're about to conclude our long holiday, and we're reluctantly reducing our review by one star. Perhaps some choices we've made in the meantime have made us "appreciate" the property a little less (for example, the restaurant, which has become self-service). However, it remains a good option for those of us with small children. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and we extend a special thanks to the tireless maintenance man, who always smiles and often resolves small issues that required his assistance. We also greatly appreciated the work of the two entertainers, who always kept our little girl entertained with games at the beach, in the pool, pizza parties, and snacks.

We have been spending our holidays at Casa Del Mar for 5 years, and this year we had a great time too. The place is quiet, it is not very close to the center but who cares, with the bike or on foot you can move very well, kind and friendly staff, always available, we found the usual friends who also come every year... Compliments to the animation girls who are really good. See you soon!
