Ristorante Casa del Mar In Roseto degli abruzzi

I stayed with my husband and my children for two weeks at the Casa del Mar residence in Roseto degli Abruzzi. A wonderful view in a quiet part of the country! Too bad the manager M. is unprofessional compared to the other two very helpful receptionists; Maintenance was inefficient (almost non-existent): the pool fence was full of dangerous nails and the grates were rising. As regards the bar/restaurant, mêtre F. proved to be grumpy towards customers on several occasions. Speaking of animation, however, a big problem arises. I was already prejudiced by reading the reviews left by previous customers. One of the two entertainers (A) is unsuitable for this role, probably too immature to be able to assist the children in having fun; the other instead (G) was much more suitable and proactive, it's a shame that she didn't find much support in her colleague. A plus point for this residence is the swimming pool: always clean and, above all, all the lifeguards (in particular A, as he is most present) always friendly and available for any customer need.

Structure in an excellent position adjacent to the beach with attached service (umbrella, deckchairs and sunbed) not for everyone...welcoming and very clean environment, trained, kind and friendly staff. If there is an opportunity we will definitely come back here..Thank you for everything

I was a guest of friends who had rented a small apartment consisting of a large double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and sofa that converts into a bunk bed, large terrace overlooking the sea. Nice tidy structure with reception service, fresh water swimming pool (usable with headphones), restaurant for breakfast and meals (you can also decide not to want this service). Practically facing the sea with umbrella/sunbed rental service but there is also a free beach next door. About 1.5 km away from the center of Roseto (reachable on foot but better by bike provided by the structure). Even if I haven't tried it directly, I recommend it.

Family holiday, place recommended to us and therefore we recommend it, all the staff is very knowledgeable and available for any eventuality... the beach is practically very close, just cross the cycle path

Relaxing holiday, Residence overlooking the sea, clean and well-conditioned environments. Polite, friendly and always available staff. Large fridge. Large and comfortable wardrobes, everything fits there. Spacious and perfectly usable terrace with electrically operable awning. Swimming pool well maintained and supervised by the lifeguard Alessia, kind and very nice. Position away from the center of Roseto but literally one step away from the sea, in a peaceful context. Only advice: it would be nice if the apartments were equipped with microwaves and a mop to clean the floors.

We were guests of the property this week, we had already been there 9 years ago! There are some things to review... but the thing that I was most disappointed about was the fact that we paid for a service (umbrella + deckchair + sunbed) and were not able to use the latter because some very polite family took it over ! And even though I had mentioned it to the staff, replying that I was not the first to make this complaint and ensuring that I would have my sunbed back the next day, the holiday that we never took advantage of was over! There were even families with two sunbeds + deckchairs... I understand that the staff working at the reception cannot go to the beach to check, but an employee will be there to check how much!! I felt cheated...

It is the second year that I return to this residence with my family. I think that the location, the position and the terrace overlooking the sea cover a large part of my vote. Nothing to say about the apartment, services and cleanliness. The animation was a little disappointing compared to last year. Two girls, one of whom is willing but not very engaging (no organized games either at the seaside or in the pool), the second is absent although present.

Perfect for families, very welcoming environment and competitive prices, the only flaw is that it is starting to feel its age and needs maintenance

Ristorante ottimo, cibo molto buono e i tavoli distanziati così che si ha il proprio spazio per parlare tranquillamente. Personale anche molto accogliente e gentile.
