A truly wonderful experience! Everything was simply perfect: the attentive and friendly service, the rich and carefully prepared dishes, and the welcoming atmosphere that immediately made you feel at ease.
We also had the pleasure of speaking with the chef for about ten minutes, and you immediately sensed his humanity, his authenticity, and above all, the great passion he puts into his work. It's rare to meet such dedicated, authentic (and polite!) people.
A restaurant I highly recommend to anyone looking not only for excellent cuisine, but also for a complete experience filled with emotion and authenticity.
We will definitely be back.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the staff and immediately noticed the elegance, intimacy, and attention to detail of the restaurant.
The table layout is carefully designed to allow guests to fully enjoy their privacy.
The dishes feature original and sophisticated combinations, the fruit of the chef's traveling experience, the restaurant's owner.
We were pampered by the staff throughout the evening: the girls were courteous, kind, never intrusive, and attentive to every detail.
The final surprise was the visit of Chef Bertini, who brought us the petite pâtisserie. We also had the opportunity to chat with him and learn more about his story.
More than just a simple dinner, it was a truly 5-star experience.
We will definitely return.

We celebrated my birthday at **Ristorante Casa Bertini** and I must say it was a truly pleasant experience. The setting is elegant, with just a few tables, everything is meticulously curated, and the service impeccable. The two young women who looked after us were very professional, attentive, and kind, making us feel at ease.
Chef Bertini, though young, has considerable experience: after working in several restaurants, including Michelin-starred ones, he chose to open his own restaurant in his hometown. His dedication is evident in every dish. The restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star, but the quality of the cuisine is truly comparable to that of a Michelin-starred establishment, with well-balanced flavors and meticulous presentation.
At the end of the dinner, the chef came to our table to greet us and tell us a little about his story. It was a simple but much appreciated gesture, which added a personal touch to the evening.
Casa Bertini was truly a special and memorable experience.

I have been here for my birthday having served two tasting menus. The location is warm and welcoming, in the fabulous Italian region of Marche. The serving and the food was excellent, prepared by an experienced kitchen team - the Chef, Andrea, attended the table for the birthday cake, it was a pleasant surprise and thank you for the effort. The food was prepared nicely, the tastes were balanced and surprising in a good way, no wine pairing but the options were many to choose from if needed. Italian cuisine is about simplicity, and I think Andrea made a perfect blend of products and recipes to well reflect the local region. We will be back whenever possible.

Top-notch dishes, an excellent multisensory experience, and a compelling combination of local flavors. The chef, Bertini himself, deserves multiple Michelin stars, and at the end of the meal, he stops by to greet everyone.

I booked dinner at Casa Bertini for my wedding anniversary, and my expectations were quite high. I wasn't familiar with the place, but I'd read about it online and it seemed like the perfect setting for a fine dining experience not too far from my hometown.
The restaurant feels intimate and cozy despite its vast space—something you won't find anywhere else—and the welcome is meticulous. The two professionals who took care of the service were impeccable from start to finish: prompt, friendly, precise in their presentation, and completely discreet.
To get a more complete overview of the Chef's style, we opted for the tasting menu consisting of seven surprise courses (plus an entrée, pre-dessert, and small pastries), and it was definitely the right choice. Bertini creatively and respectfully combines traditional local preparations with typical Piedmontese ingredients, a region to which he has a strong connection. The result is a series of characterful dishes that showcase each ingredient without reducing it to its merely functional aspects—in short, it's clear that behind the various preparations lies not a desire to impress at all costs or create the perfect bite, but rather a desire to create enjoyable dishes that are, above all, understandable even to discerning palates, albeit lacking the "reading" skills typical of a professional.
A satisfying experience and, not least, at extremely competitive prices considering the quality of the ingredients, preparation, plating, and service (the gesture of good wishes for the occasion and the greeting from the Chef, a delightful man, were greatly appreciated).
Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates the value of a dinner that serves not only to nourish oneself but also allows one to take a little journey without leaving the table.
