If you seek, you will find, and if you want to find, you will seek. But since I didn't want to find anything, I didn't search. Besides, I don't like those idiots who think they're the greatest hotel and restaurant testers under the sun. I stayed at the hotel for two weeks and really enjoyed my vacation. I would especially like to mention the friendly and attentive staff and the owners. Considering I only vacationed here in September, I was very satisfied with the food selection. The rooms are typically small Italian, and there's nothing to complain about. Admittedly, they are very, very noisy. But that's nothing new for Italy. They are clean, and I slept well and comfortably. The location near the beach is fantastic, and if you don't feel like it, you can relax by the very inviting on-site pool. In short, the value for money is perfect. I will definitely come back.

We spent an unforgettable vacation at this family hotel on the Cattolica coast! The property is perfect for families: my kids loved the pool with slides, while I was able to relax knowing they were always safe and looked after by the entertainment staff, who kept the kids entertained and playing in the two playrooms (a true paradise for the little ones). Even on less sunny days, there was never a shortage of fun. The restaurant overlooking the sea is a true gem; eating while watching the waves is a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and varied, even for children. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were always clean and tidy. We recommend it to all families looking for relaxation and fun by the sea. In short, a wonderful vacation worth repeating.

I stayed from August 10 to August 18 at this 3-star superior hotel, which I discovered by chance because some websites, like Booking.com, and even Google Maps, advertise it as 4-star (the hotel needs to update and communicate this to the various websites). I'll list a series of positive and negative things. Positive things: - I had a problem with a shower door; the broken showerhead was fixed within a day by the owner. At first, I thought it was a technician called by the owner, but instead, he takes care of everything himself, from the various problems to the dining room, etc. - The food is truly good and 4-star quality. The only downside is that if you arrive 10-15 minutes after your arrival, the buffet is not re-presented to you (for the first and second courses, yes). The waiters are kind and good, and especially Micaela, whose kindness, helpfulness, and efficiency are her strong points, is a real asset for two people. (The organization needs to be reviewed because 3 waiters in the dining room aren't enough, no matter how hard they try. We need 4 for lunch and dinner.) - This hotel has the potential to be a top-notch hotel, given its central location, a 2-minute walk from the beach and close to the center of Cattolica. (The common areas, left a bit run-down and abandoned, need to be reviewed. For example, the games room.) Let's move on to the negatives, and critical points that can be constructive for the future. - Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, only in the lobby and restaurant, where I was repeatedly told it wasn't working for me and other guests. Evidently, the repeater's range doesn't reach the rooms. A specialized technician should be inspected and the range increased (since I sometimes received work emails, and I needed to check them, I was forced to go out onto the balcony because even the data connection wasn't working well in the room). - Hot water at 7:30 PM for after-school activities, which is like ABC, wasn't available for about 5 days out of 7. It was lukewarm. One day, they were told it was being used too much by the showers near the pools. On the 6th, they had a problem with the boiler, and it was cold, leaving me unable to bathe my son. Given that there are small children, it would be a good idea to reconsider this (it's a bit serious). Evidently, the hot water tank isn't sufficient to fully accommodate the 200 guests. In other hotels in Italy and abroad, I've never had a hot water shortage, even in a 2-star hotel. - The room was comfortable but a bit small for 4 people. The furnishings were a bit dated, and the cabinet in one corner had cracked wood. - As for cleaning, it was done effectively, but the area under the bed wasn't cleaned, as shown in the photos. There may be children with dust allergies. If, by bad luck, someone develops an asthma attack and something serious happens, it's your problem! - Regarding the pool, as I've seen on the hotel website (including a screenshot) and on other sites, it's advertised as heated and saltwater... this is absolutely not the case. I was told that it's heated in May and June, but it's not mentioned on the hotel website (please update the page) and also share this with other sites, as it could be somewhat misleading advertising given that the services you offer aren't entirely accurate. I understand, and I sympathize with Ms. Clementina at the front desk, that I certainly wasn't the first, nor the last, to complain about certain critical issues. Being in contact with customers every day—we're all human, and we can have a bad moment—but her attitude was a bit inflammatory at first, and she didn't want to listen to what I had to say on the eighth day, repeated the days before, but the customer pays... then she changed her attitude, empathizing, and even giving me a discount for the poor service, so this deserves to be appreciated! I advise the owner to hire someone in the industry to restore professionalism and image to his hotel, making it a more popular hotel!
