We spent a wonderful holiday here. The hotel's somewhat remote location makes it wonderfully quiet. The staff are very friendly. Our waiter, Michele, anticipated our every need. We'll definitely be back :)

Very good room, nice hotel with a pétanque court and a beautiful swimming pool. Unfortunately, it is only accessible by car, but the setting is very welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff was helpful and efficient.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this property, away from the chaos of the city. The room was very clean, wonderful garden view. The staff, especially Mr. Michele, was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with fresh products. Convenient location, highly recommend. A great experience.

Staying at Is Benas is always a pleasure. Located in a lush garden, very private and equipped with a swimming pool. You eat well, prices slightly above average but if after a day at the beach you want to stay in the structure, you can spend 30 per person (excluding wine). Pet friendly, very clean rooms. In short, for me a reference for the west coast of Sardinia which has beaches not beaten by the masses and frequented by locals. Recommended!

A superb hotel with lovely and helpful staff. Half-board, with delicious breakfast. Spacious room with fridge storage and air conditioning. Comfortable bedding. The exterior took my breath away. Not a sound, and the slightest thing wakes me up! The only downside during these four days was the lack of a pool due to a technical issue.

We chose this property mainly for the area and the pool, but once we arrived we discovered that the pool was not accessible. No one had warned us beforehand, neither at the time of booking nor afterwards. Only a sign at the reception (the receptionist did not deem it appropriate to communicate it directly to us). I understand that there may be unforeseen events, but we would have sincerely preferred to be notified in advance. Knowing that the closure was closed before our arrival would have allowed us to evaluate other options or at least arrive prepared. We were offered an “upgrade” to a garden view room, but honestly it seemed more like an attempt to compensate than a real advantage: the price difference was minimal and if we had wanted that room we would have booked it straight away. No discount was applied for the inconvenience. The room was quite noisy and the cleanliness was not impeccable. On the plus side, the property is surrounded by greenery and the location is perfect for visiting the beautiful beaches in the area. Overall, we were disappointed, especially for the lack of transparency and communication. The pool was one of the key elements in our choice, and not being able to use it greatly impacted our experience.
