To escape the chaos of the city, to enjoy a good wine with friends or as a couple, to relax while gazing at Lake Nemi... Capodiferro is truly the answer to everything. The friendliness of the owners, Salvatore and Pamela, and the young people serving tables. The kindness. The smiles. Fresh fish, different every day. Delicious homemade desserts. In short, it's a mix of tastes and flavors. I've never been there before, but I'll be back very soon, maybe even for lunch to enjoy the view over a nice glass of wine. Go there!! I recommend it!!

Returning to Salvatore and Pamela is always a pleasure: first of all, the elegant yet unpretentious restaurant, with outdoor seating in the summer, offers a splendid view of Lake Nemi; the staff is always prompt and professional, very attentive to their customers.
The dishes, all fish-based, are a true delight, both the appetizers (very refined) and the first courses (carefully composed and rich in flavor, as well as beautifully presented). Even the second courses, not numerous but frequently changing, are cooked with true mastery so as not to alter the flavor of the fish while still allowing the seasoning to savor, never overpowering. Even the side dishes are unique combinations of different ingredients (cucumber, avocado, and beetroot, strawberries and lettuce, etc.).
The desserts are all homemade, and here too, Salvatore's creativity is evident: unique and captivating combinations, yet very tasty.
The wine list is rich with excellent choices.
In short, a truly satisfying dinner or lunch!

I tried the tasting menu featuring raw seafood: it was an experience to remember. I ate really well; every dish was creative and delicious, perfectly complemented by the use of local ingredients.
The service was attentive and very courteous.
The restaurant's location was beautiful, overlooking Lake Nemi.
The prices were reasonable considering the high quality of the products and the skill with which they were prepared.
All I can say is: keep up the good work!

I've eaten at this restaurant several times and can't recommend anything in particular, simply because, having tried several specialties, everything is excellent, from appetizers to desserts.
Chef Salvatore also offers gluten-free options.

Non posso dire di aver mangiato male ma un buon ristorante si riconosce anche da come gestisce una critica reale e non confutabile.
Ho preso un antipasto di degustazione di crudi 5 assaggi e una delle tartare era piena di squame ben visibili nel piatto, avendole dovute togliere dalla bocca tutte ad ogni assaggio.
Quando ho fatto notare la cosa mi è stato semplicemente risposto che nel tavolo vicino ne avevano servite altre 4 e nessuno si era lamentato, quindi, in poche parole mi è stato detto che ero stato sfigato perché presenti solo nel mio pezzo di pesce utilizzato per la tartare.
Non si giustifica così un errore della cucina, si cerca di porre rimedio e di certo non lo si fa dando la colpa alla sfiga del cliente che ha preso la porzione di pesce lavorata male.
Erano ben visibili nel piatto le squame e per questo mi sarei aspettato sicuramente una gestione degna di un locale che punta ad essere di livello superiore.
