We recommend the classic farinata and all the other very original variations, made with quality ingredients. Also noteworthy is the fried anchovies, which are excellent.

I've been coming here since I was little. The farinata is truly special, I've never had such good food, and the ingredients are so fresh! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended!

De passage à Guistenice pour une nuit, je ne voulais pas me prendre la tête pour manger. Je tombe sur ce restaurant plutôt bien situé dans le centre du village. Très bon accueil, ne parlant pas italien, le cuisinier est venu me présenter la carte en anglais. Service plutôt rapide et serveurs à l'écoute. Parfait 👌
