Ho prenotato un tavolo per una piccola riunione famigliare, ho segnalato che c'era anche un bimbo in passeggino, ci hanno sistemato in una saletta tranquilla.
Tavoli spaziosi apparecchiati con sobria eleganza.
Ho richiesto in fase di prenotazione dei menù senza prezzi, sono stati veramente professionali nel prepararli e consegnarli ai miei ospiti.
Rapporto qualità prezzo servizio, ottimo .
Deliziosi gli antipasti misti caldi, i primi della tradizione biellese e piemontese gustosi con giuste razioni, dolci squisiti.
Soffitti affrescati, arredi di altri tempi, atmosfera classica, ottimo posto sia per pochi intimi o gruppi più numerosi.
Bagni puliti.
Lo consiglio e ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Polenta tanning: sublime
Chestnuts with lard: to be blessed, to say good is an understatement
Polenta with venison: there is no adjective for how good it was
Bunet: Fabulous
Biscuits with chocolate produced by them: excellent.
Price: excellent, I took the €29.00 menu excluding drinks.
Coffee and Oropa liqueur offered.
Beautiful and well-kept environment, high-quality napkins and tablecloth. The table set with flowers is very beautiful.

I'm sorry not to give more in the overall rating but the service is very slow. Sometimes it seemed like they didn't know what to do. Asked for a second bottle of water, which arrived 10 minutes later. Except that the polenta was excellent. I wouldn't go back.

Very welcoming restaurant with attentive staff. Had an excellent tanning polenta. Fair price commensurate with the quality offered.

I ate a fantastic fillet of deer and an excellent polenta concia, the environment is perfectly in line with the context of the Sanctuary, the staff is kind, particular praise goes to the courtesy of the owner, if you are looking for a "slow food" meal, this is the right place, good food takes time!

I was at the restaurant a few weeks ago and I must say that I ate really well and the service was excellent. I also recently ate in their cafe and found a variety of delicious cakes and a wide choice on the menu.
