Ristorante Calima In Silvi

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The dishes were indescribably delicious. Excellent service, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We ate very well: fresh fish, generous portions, and excellent quality. Unfortunately, however, the service was subpar: the waitress, while polite and courteous, was unprepared for the role, and her attire (jean shorts) was out of keeping with the standards a seafood restaurant should maintain. Furthermore, the second course arrived while we were still eating the first course, despite there being only two tables to serve. The location, with paper tablecloths and poorly maintained decor, also doesn't do justice to the excellent cuisine. It's a shame, because the food is truly worth it.

We discovered it by chance; it's hard to find such a welcoming place these days. The location, the food are sublime, and the owner is simply extraordinary, pampering you and accommodating your needs. 100% recommended. We'll be back. Thank you, we'll see you again.

A lovely, welcoming place, Matteo divides his time between the kitchen and the dining room, and even with a small crowd, you can chat as if you've known each other forever! We had a great time and enjoyed an excellent mussel sauté, a delicious grilled fish platter (called "arrosto misto" here), and a delicious, crispy mixed seafood fry. The fresh fruit, along with the fried vegetables, made it incredibly delicate. A perfect choice! It's just a shame we found this restaurant on the last day of our vacation. Thanks Matteo, if we're back in the area, we'll definitely see you again!

We were on vacation in Silvi, and we went to Matteo's once for lunch and once for dinner. The food was fresh, carefully presented, and delicious. Generous portions. A very welcoming and charming place on the beach. For dinner, with advance notice, Matteo prepared raw fish and off-menu dishes for us. The price was absolutely reasonable for the quality of the food. The only flaw was the somewhat slow service. If we return to Silvi on vacation, we will definitely return. Highly recommended.
