Nice and calm hotel. Rooms are clean, air conditioned, with comfy bed, balcony, mini fridge, closet and mirror. Breakfast is tasty and has a variety of options. Great coffee. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool is big and clean, but it’s a few minutes walk from the hotel.

What a fantastic hotel – you feel warmly welcomed from the very first minute! The reception and greeting were very pleasant, and all the staff are extremely friendly and personable.
A special highlight for me was the "Cena Calabrese," which takes place every Friday during the summer months – a typical Calabrian evening with music, dancing, and local food. The cake, personally presented by the hotel manager, was incredibly delicious!
The nearby beaches with their crystal-clear waters are also a dream destination. I felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay at the Calabrisella.
Saying goodbye wasn't easy – I will definitely be back.

Our family of 10 spent a memorable stay at Hotel Calabrisella in Capo Vaticano the week of September 22 to October 01.
The resort is clean, the service is incredible, the rooms are kept spotless. The pool kept in excellent condition.
Breakfast offers something for everyone in abundance.
Being a second generation Calabrian living in Canada, Calabrisella Night brought back fond memories of my mom’s home cooked meals. That night they go above and beyond to replicate the true authenticity of the Calabrian cuisine and more importantly Calabrian hospitality which is second to none.
The staff was always there for us any time of the day. A special thanks for Carlo and Rosa for taking time to make you feel special and wanted. No doubt a place we would return to without a doubt.

Rooms are very small. A bit outdated.
Bathrooms are clean.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is good.
Beautiful pool, but unfortunately you have to walk 500 meters to get there.
There are no facilities at the pool.
The hotel is well located and there are parking spaces.

An unimaginably hospitable family hotel with a true soul — a place where you feel at home rather than in a hotel. The great service, masterful homemade food traditional to the region, and peaceful surroundings made us fall in love with it. Our dogs felt very comfortable here as well. Everyone was kind, smiling, and helpful. Places like this are becoming rarer, so they deserve to be appreciated and supported. See you next year — I’ll definitely bring my parents!

We stayed at this hotel for a week in mid-September.
All in all, a lovely stay, with wonderful excursions to Tropea and Pizzo.
A nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, and probably the most beautiful beach in the region – Grotticelle Beach at Capo Vaticano.

Excellent accommodation in Capo Vaticano. The recently renovated and furnished rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is varied, offering both sweet and savory options. Dinner offers a variety of options, including a first course, second course (meat or fish), dessert, or fruit. The Calabrian dinner on Fridays is delicious, with live music. The location is ideal for reaching Grotticelle beach (we used the paid shuttle service), as well as visiting Tropea (easily reached by train), Pizzo Calabro, Zungri, and Riaci beach. A pleasant walk takes you to the Garden of the Gods to admire the sunset over Stromboli. We were able to admire it even from our room overlooking the pool (see photo). August 2025.
