Ristorante Cala Fonte - CHIUSO In Ponza

The charm of Cala Feola is enchanting. You can enjoy a view from the terrace that makes you make peace with the world. Francesco, the owner, is a wonderful person, helpful and courteous. From the structure you can directly access the beach below, going down a long staircase which is challenging in some places, where there is the possibility of renting sunbeds and umbrellas, there is also a bar and a restaurant where you can eat the catch of the day. If necessary I had a car available to go shopping, a very welcome service. The welcome service upon arrival and departure was equally appreciated. The room needs some maintenance work done.

The house is very cute, it has a garden terrace and a breathtaking view! Everything is very well looked after, pleasant and clean. The owners are very kind and helpful, they offered us a free return service to and from the port. There is a very welcome porterage service, because to reach the house from the car park you need to go down several steps. The experience was excellent. The only downside is the location. Unfortunately, even for a coffee or breakfast you need to take a shuttle or take a walk of at least 20 minutes. The advice is to include packaged snacks and a coffee machine. We stayed in the apartment overlooking Cala Feola, and the expectations of the photos were confirmed. The view is beautiful. The very nice room with the rock wall and many particular finishes. The very comfortable outdoor space, with an area reserved for the apartment where there is also a very convenient sink for washing beach equipment, and very nice common areas. The owners are very kind, they accompanied us to the port, carried our luggage and supplied us with water. We take the liberty of giving a couple of suggestions based on our experience: given the remoteness of a bar, a small capsule machine for coffee and some packaged snacks would have been very convenient in the morning (there was a moka pot in the kitchen but we weren't able to organize ourselves to buy coffee), furthermore the lights that adorn the garden, although very nice, in the evening they make the view less visible which would be 100% visible naturally. Not criticisms but ideas for a place that is already beautiful.
