Delicious pasta dishes with many different variations – there's something for everyone! These are the special pasta weeks, which only take place for three weeks in autumn (November). A culinary highlight!

The Grüner restaurant in Karthaus is highly recommended! You immediately feel at home – a family atmosphere, a warm welcome, and superbly attentive service. The cuisine is Michelin-star quality: creative, fresh, and simply delicious. We've been there several times and will definitely be back. A true highlight of the region!

A guarantee. We've been coming for a few years now, and each time it proves to be a must-see in the valley. The goulash soup is amazing, as is the onion soup...not to mention the eggs, speck, and potatoes...simple but exceptional dishes... Congratulations

29/10/2025: A wonderful place: We stopped for a (late) lunch after exploring Brixen. The food is prepared with love and is delicious – just like the drinks (the apple juice is great, the beer is excellent, and the ice cream is award-winning). There's a playground for children, and the owner delighted our kids with his magic tricks. We highly recommend Hubenbauer and had a lovely afternoon there!
21/10/2025: It's a very beautiful old building that has been newly renovated. Next door is the in-house brewery, which brews a variety of excellent beers. We went there for lunch with a group during the Törggelen (traditional German festive season). The food was good, but we had to wait a long time for both the drinks and the food, as I felt there were far too few staff for the number of guests. Furthermore, the waiters were unfriendly and very stressed. We wanted a second helping of the three-course Törggelen menu because it wasn't very extensive. We got one, but we were charged extra for the second helping when we paid.

13/09/2025: Exceptional risotto and ravioli with mountain pine, plus a phenomenal Caesar omelette in a traditional South Tyrolean version. The dishes are presented in a very aesthetically pleasing and appetizing manner, and the price reflects the quality. This place deserves special attention from families with children, as there are plenty of attractions nearby. It was a pleasure to eat and relax here.
12/09/2025: We were welcomed by Stefan, who pleasantly surprised us with a truly excellent menu. We'll definitely be back!
