Eager to try porcini mushrooms, I found this place, with good reviews. Roundup of appetizers, some based on porcini mushrooms, good. Tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, good, I would have preferred them without cream. Mushroom risotto. Second choice, two of us, took breaded porcini mushrooms and sautéed porcini mushrooms... what can I say, the breaded mushrooms were so good that my partner made the... trio. Berries with ice cream and coffee. Between us we spent 85 euros. We will definitely be back. I recommend it to those who love porcini mushrooms. Four stars because I was amazed by seeing the cream with the porcini mushrooms, but the owner told me that next time she will prepare the tagliolini without cream... So I will give it five stars. Nice owner, good service.

Stop by chance... I never would have thought! Calibrated portions, but two hours at the table eating... endless mushrooms and last but not least... tiramisu bowl with toilet paper!!! I highly recommend

A succession of homemade dishes based on porcini mushrooms. Porcini mushrooms in all forms. Very pleasant waitress. Typical place. Excellent time and free digestive.

04/11/2024: For me the Locanda della Rosa is like staying in a small wedding favor with a family atmosphere, I come there as soon as I can, maybe with family or friends, and I've always had a good time... The dishes are very good and especially the first courses are superlative, but also the starters and the steak is exquisite, as is the veal with tuna sauce, the courgette flowers... the mixed fried fish (just to name a few...) The service is also fast and friendly..and the price is adequate for what is offered to us.. My family and I were satisfied as always, very good!!! A place entirely run by women, which works great!!😊😍 I have already made an appointment in December, at the first opportunity when I return to Diano, where I am at home anyway.. (We were there on Friday 1 November...) See you soon..😉

Ristorante Santo Spirito

26/10/2024: An inn like no other. In its own juice, warm welcome and service, traditional cuisine, good value for money. Perfect for a timeless stopover and rediscover the soul of Italy 🇮🇹
06/10/2024: The friendliness is excellent but it's not enough I found managers who skimped on the service, small portions for example the Ligurian rabbit, which wasn't Ligurian style, moreover dry and inedible, everything suits me but attention to the customer is very important.
