We stumbled upon it by chance. We were looking for a place to eat "carne salada"...and this is the perfect spot! The meat has an excellent flavor. We also tried the tagliatelle with mushrooms...excellent and delicate. The place is small but welcoming. We were completely satisfied.

The restaurant and bathrooms were spotlessly clean; the tablecloths were crisp white, and the table setting was simple but perfect; the service was just right, both friendly and professional; the ingredients were excellent: exceptional carne salada, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms like I've rarely tasted (and I've tried so many), superb Trentino green gnocchetti, perfectly cooked char, excellent vegetables and potatoes. The house wine was excellent. I'm looking at €40 per person, well spent!

Spectacular food starting from the bread served, few dishes but very good, spectacular salted meat, as well as the side dishes I have never eaten beans so simple but good, excellent side dish together with polenta, attentive and excellent service, the lady in the dining room was very kind and very helpful, even the desserts were no less, highly recommended if you are looking for a characteristic place at a good price

I'll say right away that the food is excellent! The chef is the owners' daughter and her father's culinary heir: she's incredibly talented, respecting tradition but with her creative touch and great skill, she prepares excellent dishes. The food is very authentic, perfectly prepared, from appetizer to dessert, nothing to complain about! The bread is also very good (which is not a given). The owner, the chef's mother, is very welcoming and respectful of time. With great kindness, this family guides you through the art of catering with freedom and sweetness. The place is very welcoming, very clean, and the restrooms are impeccable. Excellent value for money. Thank you, Briosi family.

One of the best meals we had during g our trip to Italy. We ordered a variety of dishes and everything was excellent. Would love to go back again.
