A well-kept and elegant little place. The savory meat was delicious, and the bigoi and tagliata were also good. The desserts were a bit disappointing, and that's the only reason I didn't give the food a 5, because everything else was excellent.

Nice, cosy restaurant just a few minutes away from Riva. Maybe a little pricey, as the portions are not that big, but the food was delicious and it filled us to our satisfaction. We were also offered a chair for our 1y.o. baby and the waitress was overall very nice. We got some bread with the food also and bred was fresh and very delicious too. If we are ever again in this area, I will definitely come back.

Kind and attentive staff, we ended up on a very quiet evening but it went very well for us anyway! As true tourists and first-time visitors to the place, we tried the carne salada carpaccio as a starter, an excellent portion, and canederli and strangolapreti as first courses, finishing with a strudel and a semifreddo of hazelnut brittle with grappa reduction. What can I say: an excellent dinner!

Oberhalb von Riva liegt das Dorf Cologna di Tenno, wo es sich lohnt einen Stop einzulegen. Carne Salada und Strangola Preti sind nicht nur für uns absolute Highlights aus der Region. Sehr schön ist hier das Ristorante Ca Briosi , ein kleines Schmuckstück. Ein Besuch mit Stangolapreti und Carne Sala con Fagioli ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr schön eingerichtet im alten Gemäuer, top!

If you drive from Riva towards Tenno, shortly after the Cascata Varone you will pass through the small village of Cologna, where it is worth making a stop. You are, so to speak, in the epicenter of the home of carne sala (salted meat) and strangola preti (spinach dumplings)! For us both absolute highlights from the region. Less well-known here is the Ca Briosi Restaurant, a little gem. A visit with Stangolapreti and Carne Sala con Fagioli is highly recommended. Very nicely furnished in the old walls, great!
